Client Portal updates

Ladybug Bug Fix: Manual verification for web plugin now redirects to the right Portal page #CX #Ops #CS

What was the issue?

In cases where users had to manually verify the web plug-in on their website, once this was done, the redirect link led to an outdated Portal page from the old Web plug-in setup.

What has changed?

The redirect link has now been updated to lead to the new plugin set up.

When the web plugin verification requires manual action, once this is completed, the user will be redirected to the new web plugin setup page on the Sopro Portal.

Ladybug Bug Fix: Company Intent Notifications were being sent for deleted companies #CX #Ops #CS

What was the issue?

Company Intent notifications were being sent to clients even though these companies were deleted and removed from Portal.

This resulted in clients not being able to find the company in the Intent Tracker tab, that they are being notified for.

What has been fixed:

An update has been made in the procedure so that the system skips these cases and notifications don't go out to clients.

If a company is removed/deleted from the Portal, the system will not trigger a notification.

Electric light bulb Update: Unsubscribe page updated #CX

Upon client request, we've updated the unsub page we're using.

Text and design have been updated and adjusted.

No actions required on the user side, as this will be implemented on the backend, and prospects that want to unsubscribe will see the updated page.

Sodastream updates

Electric light bulb Update: 'Recontacting Only' Audiences are now displayed in Companies & Prospects search #Ops

What was happening?

With the implementation of Automatic Import of data, there were limitations on how Ops can use prospects for recontacting activity.

There were additional workarounds that were done, which were time-heavy for Ops, and were not user-friendly.

What has changed?

We're implementing the option to select 'Recontacting Only' prospects for automatic import and engagement.

When the 'Check Duplicates' button is clicked, for campaigns that have Recontacting days set, the Companies & Prospects page will return prospects that are valid to use for the Recontacting approach.

This will provide Ops users a clear view of the data that's valid for recontacting, and what will be imported in the Email Profiles.

Electric light bulb Update: Active/Inactive toggle button implemented in Campaign Audiences #Ops

What was reported?

There were multiple long-lasting campaigns, with many inactive audiences still being displayed in the Campaign Audience tab in the 'Companies & Prospects search' page.

This was not user-friendly, and Ops had to navigate through different pages or browse through search bars in order to adjust Active or Inactive campaigns.

What's changed:

We're implementing a new toggle button in the Campaign Audience tab.

This button will indicate whether the created Audience is actively being used for displaying the prospects in the Portal, or for Automatic import.

Toggling the button off will hide the audience from view. This will allow users to see only the Audiences that are currently importing data, thus hiding all the audiences that have no more prospects available for import.

Ladybug Bug Fix: Domains not visible after cloning audience #Ops

What was the issue?

When Ops were creating audiences with company domains, once they cloned the same audience, the domains were not showing in the respective filter.

What's changed:

A fix is deployed to resolve this issue. When cloning audiences that have the company domain filter populated, these will now be displayed as expected.

Ops will have visibility in which domains are included in the cloned audience search.

Ladybug Bug Fix: Job Title filter not indicated after audience clone #Ops

What was the issue?

An issue was reported that there was no indicator in the 'Job Title' filter for cloned audiences.

When Ops users were cloning an existing audience that consisted a certain 'Job Title' filter, there were no indicators on the front-end that any value was added to this filter after cloning the audience.

What's changed:

This has now been resolved, as we've implemented an indicator that will display values have been entered in the 'Job Title' filter search.

Ops will now be aware that the job title from the cloned audience was successfully transferred in the new search, without expanding the filter.

Ladybug Bug Fix: Warm Up Schedules can't be toggled off/on #Ops

What was the issue?

Ops users reported that the system was not allowing to toggle off/on Inbound and Outbound warm-up schedules.

What's changed:

A fix has been deployed for this issue.

Post-deployment, users will be able to toggle on/off the warm-up schedules as they wish, without any blockers.

Ladybug Bug Fix: Duplicate company records created in client's Pipedrive #Ops #CX

What was the issue?

The Pipedrive integration for 10Duke was creating duplicate company records in the client's CRM.

This was due to the fact that the company domains were imported with two formats, and two separate company records were being created.

What's been fixed:

With this deployment, a full resolution is implemented for this issue. The domains should now be imported to the client's CRM as expected, and the integration should no longer create duplicate company records.

Ladybug Bug Fix: IP Match & Engage activity is now active for Platform Only clients #Ops #CX

An issue was reported for the client 'Apprentice Academy'. As a Platform Only client, the system was not able to execute regular IP Match & Engage activity (initials and chasers).

What's changed:

We've made an update, and this issue should now be resolved.

Clients that are on the Platform Only package will be able to execute IP Match & Engage activity without any blockers.
