Improvements

Email templates: Disable edits on a template in a running schedule

Where found: SodaStream > Email templates > List Email templates

In order to avoid inconsistencies with the messaging, we disabled editing an email template for which there is running send schedule. The edit button will be responsive and clickable however the system won't let you save changes if sends are being executed at the moment. Respective notification will appear.

Responder accounts not to be saved with invalid credentials

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responders Account

This improvement aims to avoid scenarios where responders are not synced in SodaStream due to wrong credentials. Moving forward when creating/editing a responder account the system will check the credentials and if they are not correct the system won't allow the user to create the responder account or save changes.

Glockapps tests

Where found: SodaStream > Email templates > List Email templates

GlockApps made changes to their API and we needed to make some updates on our end as well so that we can continue sending tests from SodaStream.

Retrieve Audience Insights

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Audience Insights

On popular demand, we're bringing back the Audience Insights page.

GB - Accounts section

Where found: Client Portal > Billing

To provide visibility for the Gifting cost, we have added a section in the billing page which will list all redeemed gifts and their price. Our clients will be able to see how many gifts have been redeemed, their price and the total amount for each invoice.

GB - Email templates improvements

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports

To allow our client analyses of the Gifting performance by email template we added an improvement in the Report Group by Email Template where all email templates that include giftlink will be expandable. When expended the report will provide info on the leads and responses when prospect have or haven't redeemed a gift.

GB - Gifting templates improvements

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports

In addition to the email template reporting, our clients will be able to analyze the performance for each giftlink individually. These reports similarly to the email templates will be expandable and we'll be able to assess the success of the activity by the lead rate between prospects that have or haven't redeemed a gift.

Bug fixes

CP -> Prospect Details -> Error while logging an SDR Activity

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects > Prospects details page

It was reported that when prospect was opened from the Prospect Intent notification the system wasn't allowing the user to log a SDR activity.

The issue was identified and it was related to the URL which is not resolved.

Prospects export - empty columns

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects

It was reported that in some cases the email template column from the Prospects export was empty. This is now fixed and the exported files will contain this info.
