Client Portal updates
Update: New Web Tracking Set up & Company Visits Notifications #CX
For a better User Experience and easier flow in installing the plug-in and setting up intent URLs and intent goals, we've implemented an updated design on the Portal.
Additionally, as we're now focusing on ABE, we're introducing the option to trigger notifications for companies hitting intent goals.
What's changed:
We've implemented a new menu item under the gear button on the Portal, named 'Web Tracking Setup'.
This new menu item now displays an updated view that leads the user in a step-by-step setup through three different tabs:
Website Plugin Setup (tab where users would be able to install the plugin)
Filter Website Traffic (tab where users would add specific URLs that they want to be tracked)
Intent Goals & Alerts (tab where users would be able to set up notification triggers)
Aside from the Prospect Intent notifications that are now active, we're also implementing Company Intent Notifications.
Users would be able to select whether they want to receive Instant Alerts or Daily/Weekly summaries from engaged companies or from all qualified companies.
What's the benefit:
The user experience is now improved, as users would no longer need to access separate menu items to complete the web tracking set-up.
Additionally, introducing the company alerts would provide greater benefit for the clients as it would give more awareness of which companies hit specific goals.
Update: Onboarding Page in the Portal is now hidden & Adding LI Credentials is moved #Ops #CS
As per User feedback, the Onboarding Page on the Portal is outdated and is confusing when onboarding a client, since in most cases, the completion bar is never full.
This leads to the client's suspense whether their set-up is fully completed, or if any other actions are needed.
What's changed:
For the time being, we're hiding the Onboarding page from the Portal view.
Considering the only actionable field from that page is the 'Social Sync and Passive Engagement Setup' field, where clients add their LinkedIn Credentials, we've moved that option under the 'My Account Settings'.
Post-deploy, once users need to add their LinkedIn Credentials, they can find this option following these steps:
Click the Avatar in the upper right corner
Click the 'My Account Settings'
The LinkedIn Credentials box will be visible on this page.
Bug Fix: New layouts for Zoho Integrations are now displayed accurately #Ops
What was the issue?
A client's Zoho integration was affected, as our Portal did not display the new layouts that were created for a specific lead module.
This affected the integration as the values were not imported with the newly created layout.
What has been fixed:
A fix was deployed, and the Zoho integrations will now display the new layouts once they are created on the client's side.
This will allow for accurate data integration and syncing the values in the layouts that are relevant to the clients.
Bug Fix: Side Menu not expanding when in Campaign Inbox #Ops #CS
What was the issue?
When users were in the Campaign Inbox tab on the Portal, the Side menu and the Overview were not expanding, and only the icons were visible.
This resulted in issues in navigating through the menu tabs when the full description was not displayed.
What has been fixed:
This bug is now fixed when users are in the Campaign Inbox tab, and they try to access the side menu, it will expand as expected and display the menu tabs with full descriptions.
Sodastream updates
Update: New Client Substatus implemented #Ops #CS
Based on the latest feedback, and related to the new billing updates, it was requested for a new Client Substatus to be implemented.
What's changed:
A new Client Substatus - 'Termination Notice' is now introduced.
This Substatus will only be available for Clients that are marked as 'Old Term' contracts, and are not migrated to the new billing model.
When terminating a client who is on 'Old Term' contract, users will be able to select 'Delivery End Date'. This will allow users to continue with the delivery for that client until the Delivery end date.
Update: Notification Implemented if Send Schedule is moved #Ops
When Ops users were activating a Send Schedule for which there were no generated messages, the system was moving that schedule two days later than the initial setup.
Users were not informed that the schedule had been moved and are unaware of the change, expecting the schedule to be processed.
What's new?
A new notification has been implemented that will inform the users that the send schedule has been moved since the messages are not generated.
Your benefit:
Better visibility and awareness for Ops users, as they will be informed that the schedule has been moved.
Internal Process Update: LIA documents will no longer be created & all references will be removed from the Portal
Until now, we've had an internal procedure that automatically creates Legitimate Interest Assessment documents when a new client is created.
As requested, we've now removed this procedure.
Since Sopro is the data processor, we have no obligation to create these documents, as these fall under the responsibilities of the data controllers, which are our clients.
What's changed:
Post deployment, our system will no longer create these documents automatically, and all the references to LIA documents in the Portal will be removed.
We've additionally removed the LIA documents section in the Portal - Compliance tab as well.
The documents that were attached in this section will no longer be available.
Update: Subcategory changed for SAR request Responses
We've received a request from Compliance to make an update on the subcategory in the Responders tab.
Previously, all SAR requests were marked with a subcategory 'SAR Removal'.
This is now updated, and the new subcategory displayed will now show 'SAR/RTE'.
Bug Fix: Webchat Selection is now clickable #Ops #CS
With the new updates on the Campaign Settings page, the Webchat selection was made unclickable.
Users were not able to tick the check box in order to activate the Webchat feature on the Portal
What's changed:
This issue has now been resolved. The Webchat tick box is now clickable once again, so that users can select it when needed, and activate the Webchat for the selected campaign.
Bug Fix: CRM Backdate Issues are fixed #Ops
What was the issue?
There were multiple CRM backdate procedures stuck, which were caused by multiple issues when the backdate was being processed.
On the back of this, additional issues were detected that were affecting the accurate backdate process.
What's changed:
All of the issues have now been resolved, and the backdate process is working as expected.
The processing time is now accurate, and the backdate is finished in the allocated time.
Data is being synced and updated successfully across all CRMs we are servicing.
Bug Fix: Select all option on the Industry filter now work as expected #Ops
Ops have reported an issue that Sodastream gets stuck and unresponsive whenever the 'Select all' option is ticked in the Industry filter on the 'Companies and Prospects' search tab.
This prevented effortless industry selection when creating audiences for agnostic approaches, and was time-consuming on Ops side to select multiple industries.
What's been fixed:
A fix is deployed that will now allow users to use this option as expected.
The 'Select all' tick box will again work as previously, providing Ops users the option to select all industries at once, without manually clicking each industry.
