Bug Fix: Warm Up messages being displayed in Campaign Inbox as Pending responses #CX

What was the issue:

Some Warm Up messages weren't being picked up as Invalids and kept showing up in the Campaign Inbox in the Sopro Portal.

This was affecting Client Experience, and the clear view of the real responses in the Campaign Inbox.

What's changed:

We've deployed a fix for this issue, which is supposed to successfully pick up and remove these warm-up messages from the portal view.

Internal process updates

Bug Fix: Job Title String cuts out when viewing Campaign Audiences #Ops

When Ops were using a longer job title string for a campaign audience, the view was broken when they were trying to review the created audience.

What's changed:

  • Longer job title strings will now be fully visible in the 'View Search Criteria' modal under the Campaign Audience tab. The view has been fixed, and the job title string now appears in a readable, wrapped text box.

Benefit:

  • Better visibility for Ops users when reviewing Job Title strings that were used for creating campaign audiences.

Bug Fix: When selecting a specific sub-industry in Campaign Audiences, all other sub-industries were being added #Ops

An issue was spotted when Ops users were creating Campaign Audiences. If they tried to select and add a specific sub-industry that holds the name of the main industry as well (i.e. Retail, Financial Services, IT and Services), the whole group was selected and all other sub-industries under that main industry were added to the filter.

Ops would then need to remove each irrelevant industry from the list manually.

What's changed:

  • The issue has now been resolved. When creating an audience, if only Retail needs to be in the filter, and is selected, the system will no longer add the whole main industry, but rather just keep the sub-industry that needs to be in the filter.

Benefit to you:

  • Accurate data searches when only a specific sub-industry is needed.

Bug Fix: Chasers not being sent for specific campaigns #Ops

What was the issue:

Ops users have reported issues for a group of campaigns for which the chasers were not going out even though the send schedules were active, and there were no issues with the email addresses.

What's changed:

We've identified the issue, and a fix will be deployed. The chasers for the affected campaigns should now run without any blockers, and a rule has been implemented so that any similar cases in the future will not affect the chasers going out.

Bug Fix: Campaign Ops Delivery table not counting the 31st day of the month #Ops

An issue was reported for the Campaign Ops Delivery table in Sodastream, as it did not calculate and count deliveries for campaigns that had active sends on the 31st day of the month.

This affected reforecasts as the stats were not accurate when calculations were being done by Ops Managers.

What's changed:

The issue is now resolved. For campaigns that have active delivery on the 31st day of the month, the Ops Delivery table will be populated accordingly.
