Reflecting LinkedIn changes in SodaStream and Database

With the latest LinkedIn changes we introduced the following system updates:

• Mapping of new LinkedIn industries with Sopro industry groups

• Addition of the new industries to SodaStream Campaign Settings

• Database updates of IDs and Label changes.

Target location text box to be added for new/revision template request

Where found:

SodaStream > Campaigns & Setup > Campaign Settings > Template Request

SodaStream > Email Templates > List Email Templates > Revision

We added new field when requesting new template or template revision for target location. This will help the template writers to set the right tone depending on the location which ultimately will contribute to having more successful campaigns. This field is set as mandatory.

CRM Integrations: Email profile filter to be added to Backdate

Where found:

SodaStream > Campaigns & Setup > Campaign Settings

Additional filter was added that will help us backdate a CRM integration for a specific agent i.e. email profile.

Banner and menu for what's new

We're introducing new way for announcing new features, improvements and bugs that will be available after every deployment in SodaStream as a banner and constantly as a What's new button as well.

Email profile, Sender location

Where Found:

SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign Email Profiles

New Select box was added for Targeted locations, that will help us to create bespoke reports which ultimately will help us compare the results between agents and locations. This field is mandatory and Sender location needs to be selected when email profile is being created.

Bugs

Job title report not loading - both SS & CP

Bug was identified in regard to the job title reports on SodaStream and Client Portal and for some campaigns they were not loading. This is now resolved.

Check Contract First Sent Date field in Sodastream

Bug was identified which caused some campaigns to be missing a First Send date and this affected the MTC events in PowerBI. This is now fixed.

CP temporary showing 500 error on Summary Reports

Bug was identified which caused some reports on the Client Portal not be opened. This is now fixed.
