🆕 Web Intent
This feature is available only for the internal campaigns.
Web Intent provides additional value to our service by identifying the companies that have visited our client's website. Part of the visitors can be identified as prospects engaged, and another part are unknown visitors for which we'll try to match the IP address to a company name, company details etc.
To present this information, we created a separate view in the Client Portal, called Web Intent. Here we show all companies that have visited the website in the last 30 days as a default view, but it can be changed to 60, 90 days or all time. To use this feature, the website plugin has to be installed.
In addition to viewing the general info re the companies, the table will present the Lead Status i.e. whether a company has been engaged or not, and if a company has been engaged whether it has gained a MQL or SQL tag.
On each row, there might be a red dot next to the company name, and this dot's main purpose is to point out which companies are new and for which companies we encourage our clients to take further nurturing actions.
One of the key functionalities of the Web Intent feature is called Source and Engage. When the S&E is clicked for a specific company the system will generate a list of prospects, taken from Sopro Data. To make the list relevant we've added a job title field in campaign settings where each campaign owner can add the relevant job title. Once added in SodaStream the job title will be used to filter the prospects in the S&E modal on the Portal. The job title can be edited on the Portal as well so that our clients find the right prospects i.e. prospects they are interested in.
The second step of the S&E process is selection of email profile and email template. To make an email profile available for selection in the S&E section on the Portal, each campaign owner will have to create and select an email profile as Source and Engage.
The third step of the S&E process is confirmation of step 1 and 2.
Each client will have 250 S&E credits and they won't be deducted from the credit balance i.e. they are free of charge.
New improvement in terms of design is easier access of the company's details by introducing a side menu i.e. when a row in the table is clicked, a new side menu will open containing all information re the company and the website visit.
When a company is not relevant our clients will have the opportunity to archive it.
And lastly, we have the headline stats, where the user can see 4 cards i.e. Companies, Visits, Source and Engage and Action Outstanding.
Companies is the number of companies that have visited the website.
Visits is the number of website visits from prospects engaged or IP addresses that have been matched with a company.
Source and engage which is the number of prospects that the client has selected in the S&E process.
Action outstanding is the number of new companies / companies that have been marked with the red dot.
The numbers in the headline stats are for all time.
Improvements
🎉 Exports of the data in Prospects
We made an improvement to the current export process. Moving forward the Portal will support export of all the data and it will be done by a separate process to avoid affecting the usability of the Portal when the campaign has been running a long time and it has a lot of prospects engaged.
When the export button is clicked the system will start processing the export file and once this is completed we will notify the user who has requested the export via email that the export is completed and the file will be available in the notification.
🎉 Portal - Remove "view/edit targeting" URL from the Onboarding Tab in the Portal
As part of the new Onboarding process, it was requested to remove a line from the Onboarding section as per the screenshot below.

🎉 Postal - Forwarding Optimisation
When a new Postal address is created, an email address on postalresponders.com needs to be created in order to apply forwarding filters, before responses are landing in client’s primary inbox.
When Postal email address is created, postalresponders.com email address is created subsequently.
When we have multiple domains used for the same campaign, the user will be able to forward all responses to one postalresponders.com address.
🎉 Update Hmail Autoforwarding Rules
To avoid sending warm up emails to client's primary inbox when the prospecting email address is set up on Postal we upgraded the forwarding rules.
Bug fixes
🐞Template request - Master writer is added automatically to the template request
An issue was spotted when requesting new email template and in cases where no master writer was selected. After submitting the request, the system was assigning a master writer. This is now resolved and if no master writer is selected, the system won't add one automatically.
🐞 CP -> Prospects - Email profile filters not working
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
It was reported that the Prospect Owner filter wasn't working i.e. after selecting a prospect owner the table didn't present results although the email profile had prospects engaged. This issue is now fixed and the Prospect Owner filter is loading the relevant results.
