Improvements

SDR LinkedIn logs updates

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects

We have implemented updates related to the naming conventions of SDR logs and their visibility on the Portal, particularly in the context of LinkedIn outreach.

SDR Logs Renaming:

The following SDR logs have been renamed to ensure uniformity:

  • "LinkedIn Active dialogue" is now "LinkedIn - Deferred Interest"

  • "LinkedIn Pitch booked" is now "LinkedIn - Positive response"

LinkedIn Outreach Visibility Control:

  • When LinkedIn outreach is selected in the campaign settings, SDR LinkedIn logs will no longer be visible on the Portal. This adjustment is designed to prevent potential conflicts when utilizing automated processes for LinkedIn responses, ensuring a more streamlined workflow.

  • When the checkbox for LinkedIn outreach is not selected, SDR LinkedIn logs remain visible, providing clients the option to resume manual processes.

LinkedIn Outreach responses in Activity feed

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects

We're delighted to introduce an update that enhances the visibility of LinkedIn outreach responses in the activity feed. This improvement ensures that users have a complete and detailed timeline for each prospect and company.

LinkedIn outreach responses are now seamlessly integrated into the prospect and company activity logs.

The Last Activity log in the Prospects page is now dynamically updated to reflect the most recent event, ensuring that LinkedIn outreach responses take precedence.

An MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) or SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) tag is attributed based on the type of LinkedIn outreach response received. This provides users with a quick visual indicator of the prospect's readiness for marketing or sales engagement.

Mandatory fields in campaign settings

Where found: SodaStream > Campaign Setting

In light of the Generative templates project and to ensure the generation of high-quality and contextually relevant templates, we've implemented a significant update that introduces mandatory fields in campaign settings. These fields play a crucial role in explaining the service, unique selling points, and other key aspects that contribute to the effectiveness of generative templates.

The following fields are now marked as mandatory when editing a campaign in campaign settings:

  • What do they do/offer and what sets them apart?

  • Angle: Why is it relevant to the targeted audience/what problems are they solving?

  • USPs (Unique Selling Points) + Competitive advantages

  • Guidance on tone/content

  • Client and campaign information

SodaStream - Centralised passwords for email accounts

Where found: SodaStream > Domains > GSuite

In our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, we are introducing a comprehensive solution for password management in SodaStream. This update ensures a single source of truth for passwords and facilitates seamless integration with Email Profiles and Responder Accounts.

The interface allows for convenient editing of email addresses.

Any changes made to the password under the corresponding email address in the SodaStream Domains tab will be reflected automatically in the Responders Account.

Passwords in Responders Account are now grayed out and locked to prevent inadvertent changes.

Like Responders Account, the password will be automatically updated in all email addresses if changed in the SodaStream Domains tab.

When editing a New Email Profile Address, the password field is grayed out and locked.

SodaStream - Automatic whitelist of domains

Where found: SodaStream > Campaign Settings

This update ensures that, upon the creation of domains, they are seamlessly integrated into Whitelist Domains, eliminating the need for manual entries and mitigating potential oversight.

When the IT team sets up domains and activates the checkbox, the system will now automatically import these domains into the Whitelist Domains box.

Weekday_short updated values

Where found: SodaStream > Email templates

This update focuses on the WEEKDAY_SHORT variable, ensuring that it is populated with more accurate spelling for days of the week.

First invoice to be generated with 14 days payment terms instead of 7

In response to changes in the sales process, we've implemented an update to the due date calculation for the first invoice. The modification ensures that new clients created will now benefit from an extended payment term of 14 days for the initial invoice.

SS Load Prospects: Undelivered logs

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Load prospects

To improve visibility and transparency during prospect uploads in SodaStream, we've introduced an enhancement to the Front End (FE) logs. Specifically, the system now includes a new row, "ErrorUndelivered," providing clear information about prospects that fail the upload process due to being marked as Undelivered and therefore not suitable for engagement.

Bug fixes

CP Export Web Visitors is timing out

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Website visitors

We have addressed the timeout error experienced when clicking the "Export to CSV" button on the Website Visitors page.

Upon clicking the "Export to CSV" button, a real-time notification will now appear, keeping users informed about the export process.

Following the export process, an email notification will be automatically sent to the user, containing the exported CSV file. This feature streamlines communication and ensures users are promptly notified when the export is completed.

S&E sends are not going out when having 0 credits

Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Send schedules

We've refined the system behavior to optimize sending processes for email profiles marked as IP match and engage. The update ensures that email sends associated with IP M&E profiles will now proceed irrespective of the campaign's credit status.
