Prospects export options
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
We are excited to bring you a highly requested feature that will simplify your prospect data export experience. This new enhancement ensures that you can effortlessly export prospects based on your applied filters without the need to reapply them when opening the file.
We have added a dedicated "Export Selection" button to the Portal, meeting this common request.
Clicking the Export Selection button initiates a background job, and you will receive a notification with the exported file, ensuring you stay informed throughout the process.
The introduction of the Export Selection button in no way alters the functionality of the Export All button, allowing you to perform comprehensive exports when needed.
Create a Reporting database
Introducing a Reporting Database for System Support, featuring custom query procedures for efficient data extraction from the main Sopro database and seamless integration with Grafana for enhanced visualization and analysis.
Send schedule errors
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign Send Schedules
Enhanced error notifications now include details on unsuccessful attempts, specifically focusing on a zero credit balance, email domain exclusion, and MissingParameterExceptions, featured in the "Campaign Email Schedule Log Notification" email, send schedule calendar notifications.

Notification refinement implemented—Ops owners will now receive notifications for send schedules only if the status is "Error," the send schedule is successful but has 0 Send Success, or if there are 0 Send Errors, ensuring alerts are sent only when necessary troubleshooting is needed.
Limit roles that can make technical changes for Sopro client
Where found: Client Portal > Tech config
Implemented role-based access control for Tech Config sections to prevent unintended changes, restricting editing capabilities to Ops (all levels) and Super Admin roles for the Sopro campaigns.
New Ops Owner variables - Email profile based
Where found: SodaStream > Admin > Notification templates
Email notifications about disabled addresses i.e. “EmailAddress Disabled Message“ will now be sent to the Email Profile Ops owner, making sure the right person gets the message for campaigns with separate Ops owners at the campaign and email profile levels.
Stop AIP API when Clearbit credits are spent
Improved resource management—when a Sopro client exhausts their Clearbit credits, we will now automatically cease sending calls to the Anon IP API and capturing IP visits, optimizing usage and ensuring efficient handling of Clearbit credits, specifically for Anon IP. The respective account owners will be notified that the credits have been spent.
Repeating Intent tracker visits change of logic
Enhanced targeting efficiency—now capturing update dates in campaign web intent targeting allows us to quickly determine if a company's targeting has changed; if unchanged, it retrieves the qualified tag from the previous visit, and if updated, it initiates a re-check of the targeting, optimizing the process for checking company visits against targeting.
Map Minimum Term Months field to the Planhat
The "Minimum Term Months" field is now mapped to the Planhat Company Field 'Min Term Contract Length (months)’ for improved data consistency.
SS Load Prospects: Disable the "Select File" button for S&E
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Load Prospects
In order to prevent uncredited engagements, the "Select File" button in Source & Engage (S&E) is now disabled for email profiles marked as S&E, and the selection of IP match and engage has been mutually exclusive with Email outreach at the email profile level.
LI Verification consoles update
Resolved an issue with the "Linked In Account Verification" consoles not functioning on Live, linked to the expiration of the SoproPremiumKV key.
