New features

🆕 Active IP Detector

Where found: Client Portal > Active IP Detector

This feature will be available only for the internal campaigns.

It is part of a bigger project which has a goal to identify all of the IP addresses that visited our client's website.

Once identified the system will try to match that IP address with a company from our database.

With this initial version, we'll be able to see the IP visitors and the details we successfully identified.

Further improvements will be additionally introduced.

Improvements

🎉 SodaStream - CC functionality in Email Templates

Where found: SodaStream > Email Templates > List of Email Templates

We're introducing a new CC field which will enable the user to add email addresses or variables to the distribution list of our prospecting emails.

This is a very basic feature that will be used and tested only for the internal campaigns.

🎉Add operations in select box for Business Area

Where found: SS > Admin > User management > Add new user

It was identified that "Operations" is needed as an option when creating a client user in the Business Area select box. This is added in SodaStream and Planhat.

🎉 Planhat- map of payment method from SS

As Planhat is intended to be used by the finance team as well, we'll support that plan by mapping the payment method field from SodaStream to Planhat.

🎉 Pipedrive changes

Pipedrive introduced changes on their end which caused our CRM integration to malfunction.

We have investigated the changes and updated the integration accordingly.

🎉 Hash emails for exclusions

Where found: Client Portal > Exclusions

This new improvement will allow the Portal users to add exclusions in hashed version i.e. encrypted form which consists of letters and numbers in cases when the client doesn't want to share the actual email addresses and domains on the Portal.

The supported version is SHA 256 and this can be generated by online converter.

One email address/domain will always have the same SHA256 form.

🎉 Sopro Portal - Prospects Identified (Awaiting Approval) amends for internal campaigns

Additional columns are added in the Prospects Identified page for the Sopro campaigns only.

🎉 Skip "Go Live" survey when there is a winback

This improvement affects the survey flow in cases where there is a winback. When a client terminates their Sopro campaign and after a while they reactivate it the "Go Live" survey will be skipped from the survey flow.

Bug fixes

🐞 Website Visitors filters not working

Where Found: Client Portal > Reporting > Website Visitors

Bug was identified and fixed re the filters in the Website Visitors section.

🐞Leadbooster - 'LinkedIn - Connect sent' engagement type is not displayed in 'Last Action' column

When ‘LinkedIn - Connect sent' option from the 'Engagement’ dropdown menu was selected the respective column i.e. Last Action wasn't updated in the Leadbooster table. This is now sorted.
