🎉Only internal users to be allowed an internal role

Few cases appeared where external users were assigned to internal role in SodaStream. Due to security reasons this option will no longer be available i.e. email addresses that aren't associated with a Sopro domain won't be able to be added as an internal role (CS executive, Ops Executive etc.)

🎉New SDR log for Outbase

It was requested by the sales team to have an additional option in the Sales Engagement Log for the Outbase campaign only. The new Sales Engagement Log is Direct Sign Up.

This Sales Engagement log means that a prospect directly signed up to the Outbase platform and it should be considered as a responder and a lead.

Bug Fixes

🐞Team Management - CS/Finance Team Leads are not displayed as options when creating a new team

Where found: SodaStream > Admin > Team Management

Bug was identified when selecting Client Services or Finance departments, and creating a new team the modal displayed only executives instead of Team Leads. This is now fixed, and new teams can be created for Finance and Client Services.

🐞Error message when saving a Responder Account

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Account

When clicking the edit button on a responder account and trying to save it without any changes implemented on it - the system presents an error message as if it was unable to save it. The bug identified was connected to the notification presenting on the screen and not to the functionality.

Moving forward the system will present notification for successfully saved changes.

🐞Prospects - Prospects contacted via particular email template are not displayed

It was identified that the email template filter in the Prospects page presented templates for which we didn't have prospects engaged. This is now resolved and if there are templates for selection in the filter they will present prospects.
