Website Visitors Page Performance Optimization #CX
We have improved the Website Visitors page to enhance its performance and ensure a smoother experience. These optimizations allow the page to load faster and handle data more efficiently, making it easier for you to analyze visitor insights without delays.
This update ensures a more responsive and seamless experience when reviewing your website traffic. No changes have been made to the functionality—just better performance to support your workflow!
Performance Improvements for Page Navigation in Portal #CX
What’s changing?
We have addressed performance issues reported by Award Intelligence client regarding slow navigation between pages in the Portal. Specifically, we have improved the experience when switching from the Prospect tab to the Dashboard tab.
What this means for you
✅ Faster page transitions when switching to the Dashboard tab. ✅ Improved user experience with immediate response to clicks. ✅ Less waiting time when navigating between key sections in the Portal.
These enhancements ensure a smoother, more responsive Portal experience, helping you work more efficiently! 🚀
Fix: Duplicate Entries and Display Issues on Website Visitors Page #CX`
We have resolved an issue affecting the Website Visitors page in the Portal, where companies were incorrectly displayed as duplicates and expanding records caused display inconsistencies.
What Was Fixed?
✅ Duplicate companies removed – Each company now appears only once. ✅ Accurate visitor data – Clicking the expand (+) button now correctly displays:
All associated prospects under the company.
All visits under each prospect. ✅ Improved UI behavior – Expanding one record and then clicking another will now fully collapse the previous one, preventing layout distortion.
Why This Matters?
🔹 Ensures accurate and clear data presentation for website visitors. 🔹 Prevents confusion caused by duplicate company entries. 🔹 Improves user experience by fixing display issues when expanding records.
This update enhances usability and ensures that website visitor data is displayed correctly and consistently. 🚀
Product/Process updates affecting clients
Update: Enhanced website visit tracking for improved accuracy #CX #CS #Ops
We've enhanced website visit tracking to filter out irrelevant visits, ensuring clients see more meaningful company visits that indicate intent.
What’s Changing?
IP lookups for Anonymous visits will now happen after a visitor spends 5 seconds on the website, reducing automated visit detections.
Additional filters have been added to detect automated (bot) traffic based on IP and user agent details.
Engaged prospect visits will still be tracked immediately, but with new safeguards to reduce false positives. A third-party tool is now used to identify visits from data centers, cross-checking with email providers to prevent automated visits from being misclassified as prospect activity.
What This Means for You:
More accurate company visit tracking, focusing on those showing real intent.
Clients with high web traffic benefit from better allocation of IP lookup credits for relevant visits.
Fewer false-positive alerts for automated visits, ensuring more reliable engagement insights.
Internal process updates
Update: Exclusions matrix #CS #Ops
Purpose of the Matrix
The matrix defines exclusion rules for different response types across various channels, ensuring that contacts are managed appropriately within outreach campaigns.

Key Components
Id: Unique identifier for each row.
Channel: Indicates the communication channel (e.g., Email Outreach (EO), LinkedIn Outreach (LIO), Sales Development Representative (SDR), etc.).
Name: The type of response received from the prospect (e.g., Positive Response, Referral, Deferred Interest).
Type: Specifies whether the exclusion applies to an individual contact (Individual Ex) or the entire domain (Domain Ex).
Columns with Numbers (Myself Only to 10001+): Represent exclusion periods in days based on different company sizes.
How to Read the Data
Exclusion Durations (e.g., 360, 180, 90, 0): The number of days a contact is excluded from outreach.
"Permanent": The contact is permanently excluded from future outreach.
"N/A": Not applicable for this category.
Example Cases
Positive Response (Row 2):
If a prospect gives a positive response from the following channels EO;LIO; SDR, they are excluded for 360 days across all segment sizes.
Polite Decline (Row 6):
If a prospect requests no further contact from logged SDR, they are permanently excluded from outreach.
Referral (Row 3):
Excluded for 180 days across most categories, logged from the following channels EO;LIO; SDR.
Enhancement: Automatic Global Exclusion for SAR Requests #CS #Ops
To strengthen compliance and data privacy, we have introduced an update to automatically add prospect emails to the Global Exclusions list when a Subject Access Request (SAR) is logged for any campaign.
What’s Changing?
Whenever a SAR is logged, the associated prospect's email will be automatically added to the Global Exclusions list.
This ensures that the prospect will not receive any further communications across all campaigns.
The system will log the exclusion with the reason: “SAR Request from Client Portal.”
Why This Matters?
✅ Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations ✅ Prevents any accidental future outreach to individuals who have requested data removal ✅ Automates the exclusion process, reducing manual effort and errors
This update provides greater transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in managing SARs across campaigns. 🚀
Enhancement: Required Reason Field for Global Exclusions #Ops
To improve the accuracy and tracking of global exclusions, we have introduced a mandatory "Reason" field when adding a global exclusion record. This ensures better clarity on why a prospect or company is being excluded.
What’s Changing?
If adding an exclusion from SodaStream (SS), users can select from the following options:
Individual requested to be removed
Company requested to be removed
Other (with a text box for additional details)

System-Logged Reasons for Automated Exclusions
If a global exclusion is added due to a Subject Access Request (SAR) from the Client Portal, the system will log:
“SAR Request from Client Portal”
If a global exclusion is added due to a “No longer with the business” response, the system will log:
“No longer with the business Responder”
This enhancement ensures better transparency, consistency, and record-keeping for global exclusions. 🚀
Custom Naming for Messaging Sections #CS #Ops
What’s changing?
Users can now customize the names of Messaging sections in SodaStream, instead of relying on the default numbering system. Previously, each new Messaging section was automatically labeled with a number (e.g., "Messaging 1," "Messaging 2"), making it difficult to distinguish between different approaches.
With this update, when creating a new Messaging section, you can now assign a custom name that better reflects its purpose.
What this means for you
✅ Easier organization of different messaging approaches. ✅ More clarity when managing multiple Messaging sections. ✅ Improved efficiency when navigating and updating campaign messaging.
This update provides greater flexibility and helps you tailor your campaign setup to your needs! 🚀
Enhanced Auto-Suggested Messaging from Website #CS #Ops
What’s changing?
We’ve improved the Auto-Suggested Messaging feature in SodaStream → Campaign Settings → Messaging to ensure that when you update the website URL, the generated messaging reflects the latest information.
Here’s what’s new: ✅ Auto-suggested messaging now updates based on the newly added website. ✅ A "Skip Website Cache" checkbox allows users to bypass cached data and request fresh content from the latest website URL (this is off by default). ✅ The UI has been improved for better clarity:
The Suggest Messaging from Website button is now next to the website field.
The Skip Website Cache checkbox is also placed next to the button for easier control.
What this means for you
🔹 More accurate messaging generated from the latest website updates. 🔹 Clearer UI, making it easier to see and control the website used for generating messages. 🔹 Option to skip cached data to ensure you always get the most up-to-date content.
These improvements make it easier to fine-tune your campaign messaging with relevant and accurate company details! 🚀
Improved Control Over Generative Messaging (GM) Regeneration #Ops
What’s changing?
We’ve introduced a new filtering option when regenerating Generative Messaging (GM) to help users avoid overwriting chaser messages that are already good to go.
Now, when clicking the Generate/Re-generate button on M1 Send Schedules, a modal will appear offering two options: ✅ Generate/Re-generate M1 messages – This will only regenerate M1 messages for prospects with a New status. ✅ Generate/Re-generate full GM sequence – This will regenerate the entire GM sequence for all prospects with a New status.
What this means for you
🔹 More control over GM regeneration, preventing unnecessary overwrites. 🔹 Flexibility to regenerate only what’s needed—whether it’s just M1 or the full sequence. 🔹 Smoother workflow when managing chaser messages in your campaigns.
This update ensures your chasers stay intact while still allowing you to refine and improve initial outreach. 🚀
Data MGMT - New "Show Entries" Selection for Easier Job Title Viewing #Ops
What’s changing?
We’ve added a “Show entries” selection menu in the Job title list when creating an audience, to allow users to choose how many entries they want to view per page. This makes it easier for teams to quickly check job titles without having to navigate through multiple pages.
While we’re including options for viewing more entries, we’ve taken care to ensure performance remains optimal. As part of this update, the “View all” option will be available.
What this means for you
✅ More flexibility in how you view entries, so you can see more titles at once. ✅ Improved convenience by reducing the need to click through pages. ✅ Performance is maintained, even when selecting a higher number of entries.
This update will make it easier to navigate job titles and find what you need quickly! 🚀

Data MGMT - Sort Button Functionality Fixed in Job Title and Companies Tab #Ops
What’s changing?
The sort button in the Companies tab was previously unresponsive, meaning clicking it had no effect. This issue has now been resolved, and the sort functionality is fully operational.
What this means for you
✅ Improved sorting experience in the Companies tab, allowing you to easily organize data. ✅ Quick access to sorted lists for better navigation and analysis.
You can now click the sort button to view your companies in the preferred order! 🚀
Data MGMT - Enhanced Audience Management and Duplicate Checking #Ops
What’s changing?
To improve the audience management experience, we've introduced new limitations and features for handling larger audiences:
Duplicate checking, Job title checks, and Company view will now be enabled for audiences with ≤8000 prospects.
When the audience size is ≤8000, the Job titles list and Company list will be displayed for easier review.
Users will not be able to save an audience with more than 2000 prospects, ensuring more manageable and usable audience sizes.
What this means for you
✅ Improved audience handling for large groups, making it easier to check duplicates, job titles, and companies. ✅ Streamlined audience management, as you can now view detailed information for audiences up to 8000 prospects. ✅ Better control over audience size, as audiences over 2000 prospects will no longer be saved.
This update will make working with large audiences more efficient and help you keep your data clean and organized! 🚀
Data MGMT - Campaign audience shouldn't be mandatory step when pushing sender to AIM #CS #Ops
What’s changing?
We’ve updated the Messaging setup to make the Campaign audience select menu optional. This change allows CS managers to proceed with testing Senders without being required to select a Campaign audience option.
What this means for you
✅ No mandatory selection: CS managers can now proceed with prospect testing without having to choose a Campaign audience option first. ✅ Flexibility in setup: When a Sender name option is selected, the system will store and apply it as usual.
This update provides more flexibility in your testing process, ensuring you can move forward without unnecessary steps. 🚀
Data MGMT - Enhanced Audience Check and Validation #Ops
We have improved the Check Audience functionality to help you better analyze and refine your audiences before launching campaigns.
What’s New?
Expanded Audience Check: You can now run Check Audience on audiences of up to 8,000 prospects (previously limited to 4,000).
Improved Insights: When checking an audience of 8,000 or fewer prospects, you will see:
A Job Titles list for better role-based targeting
A Company list for an overview of included organizations
A Duplicate check to help refine your selection
Audience Size Limit: To maintain targeting quality and campaign effectiveness, audiences cannot be saved if they contain more than 2,000 prospects.
How This Helps You
Saves time by allowing larger audience checks without creating multiple searches.
Improves audience quality by highlighting duplicates, job roles, and company details before saving.
Ensures optimal targeting by enforcing a 2,000-prospect limit per audience.
These updates will make it easier to fine-tune your campaigns for better engagement and results. 🚀
Fix for Test Email Sending Issue in Preview Mode #Ops
What’s changing?
We have fixed an issue where test emails were not actually being sent when using the Preview feature in the Prospect page. Previously, after clicking Preview, selecting Edit on the initial template, and attempting to send a test email, the system would incorrectly display a confirmation message, even though the email was never sent.
What this means for you
You can now confidently send test emails from the Preview mode, knowing that: ✅ The system will only show a confirmation message when the email is actually sent. ✅ You will receive test emails as expected, allowing for proper review before sending live messages.
This fix ensures a more reliable testing experience and prevents confusion when reviewing your email templates. 🚀
Fix for Industry Group Selection in IP Match and Engage Targeting #Ops
What’s changing?
An issue in the “IP Match and Engage Targeting” section of the campaign details page has been resolved. Previously, when all industries were selected and saved, the system was incorrectly removing industries where the industry and industry group names matched.
This issue has been fixed so that industries with matching names will no longer be removed when saved.
What this means for you
✅ Corrected industry group selection: All industries selected, including those with matching names between the industry and industry group, will now be properly saved. ✅ Improved experience: You will now receive a green confirmation message after successfully saving changes without missing industries.
You can now save all selected industries without worry, ensuring accurate targeting for your campaigns! 🚀
Fix for Stuck CRM Integration Backdates #CS #Ops
What’s changing?
We have resolved an issue where CRM Backdate Syncs in SodaStream → Campaign Settings → Campaign Details → CRM Integrations Backdate were getting stuck and never fully completing. This issue also prevented users from deleting the integration in the Portal if a backdate was in progress.
What this means for you
✅ Backdate syncs will now complete successfully without getting stuck. ✅ If a backdate is in progress, the delete button remains disabled, ensuring data integrity. ✅ You can confidently manage your CRM integrations without encountering sync-related blockers.
This fix improves the reliability of CRM integrations and ensures a smoother experience for handling historical data syncs. 🚀
