A deployment of a new version of SodaStream and Client Portal inside the regular release window.
Improvements
Response Date and Webgoal date Column in Prospects/Lead tab on Portal
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
As part of the LinkedIn Connections project we have added a column for Response date and Webgoal date, columns visible only for the internal campaigns. This will help the teams filter out the responses and webgoals achieved on certain dates and send LinkedIn connections to them.
WU 2.0 Schedule Limitations/Additional Checks
Where found: SodaStream > Warm up > Schedule 2.0
It was requested that we add limitations when creating Warm up 2.0 schedules, and to disable saving warm up schedule when:
Email Address Creation Date from SS Database > 01.06.2023
Domain Created Date from SS Database > 01.06.2023
Email Profiles is created > 01.06.2023
Email Address is not part of active WU 1.0 schedule
Bug Fixes
CP Reports -> SDR Lead + Regular Lead counting as two leads
Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Campaign Summary
When a lead was received from the regular activity and a lead was logged via the SDR menu for the same prospects, the system counted them as 2 leads. We implemented change in the logic so that one prospect is counted as 1 lead only.
The prioritization will always be for the regular leads i.e. when a positive response is received and the client logs in LinkedIn call pitch booked, the system will display the positive response as the lead in the reports.
