Improvements
Remove visits that are 5 sec or less on privacy policy links
Where found: SodaStream > Admin > Client Management
In response to user demand, we're introducing an upgrade that includes a new input field in Client Management for Privacy Policy URL, ensuring that visits lasting 5 seconds or less on privacy policy links won't appear in the activity log on prospect and company levels, won't trigger a web goal, and won't be visible in Website visitors.

Campaign Ops Tracker - Intent Tracker and LinkedIn Outreach delivery
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Campaign Ops Tracker
We're excited to bring an improvement to the delivery metrics for a clearer understanding of engagement sources.
The Delivery column will now exclusively present the sum of prospects engaged through regular campaign activity i.e. Email outreach.
Intent Tracker
Two new columns are added, "Intent Tracker Delivery," has been introduced to specifically showcase prospects engaged through the Intent Tracker or IP match and engage and "Intent Tracker Forecast" to allow defining forecasts of Intent Tracker.
LinkedIn Outreach
Improving oversight of LinkedIn outreach, we've added two new columns in the Campaign Ops tracker—LinkedIn Outreach Forecast, manually adjustable with permissions mirroring "Submitted Forecast," and LinkedIn Connect Sent, displaying the actual number of LinkedIn Connection Sent.

Domain deletion notifications for deleted user
The system, when sending notifications for domain deletions, will now perform a check to determine whether the associated user is deleted.
If the user is deleted, the notification will be directed to [email protected], ensuring that they receive the right information and preventing Postal fail errors.
When the Ops owner is active, the existing process will remain unchanged, allowing for seamless operations as before.
SS Email Templates: Notification message for empty subject line
Where found: SodaStream > Email templates
Previously, attempting to send a test from an email template without a subject line offered no clear indication of the challenge.
With this release, the system will now present the usual red error message stating "The subject line field is empty" when testing an email template without a subject line.
Notification for visits stopped
When a client has installed a website plugin, and there is no visit recorded within the last 48 hours, the system will automatically send a notification to the designated ops owner.
This enhancement ensures that you stay informed and can promptly address any potential issues with the tech setup, ensuring the continuous tracking of website visits.
Prospect page, Lead tab - export function
Where found: Client portal > Prospects > Leads
We are pleased to announce a user-friendly enhancement that simplifies the lead export process on the Leads page. Clicking on the export or export selection button in the Leads page will now generate a file containing the list of all leads.
Anonymous IP session 1st heartbeat to be on 5 sec, next according to the list attached
Where found: Client Portal > Intent tracker
We have refined the way sessions are presented based on time intervals, offering a better understanding of the website visits.
1st session at 5 seconds: Presented in the Portal as "< 5 seconds."
2nd session after 10 seconds (15 minutes since landing): Presented in the Portal as "5-15 seconds."
3rd, 4th, and 5th sessions after 15 seconds (30, 45, and 60 seconds since landing): Presented in the Portal as "15-30 seconds," "30-45 seconds," and "45-60 seconds."
6th session after 30 seconds: Subsequent sessions are tracked in 30-second intervals until 5 minutes and are presented in the Portal as "1 minute - 1 minute 30 seconds."
Further sessions are tracked at 60-second intervals until 1 hour.
Sessions longer than 1 hour are not tracked and are presented in the Portal as "More than 1 hour."

Bug fixes
Company details - activity feed doesn't have a loading icon indicating the user that something is waiting to be loaded
Where found: Client Portal > Company details page
A loading indicator has been implemented to inform users that the activity feed is being loaded, addressing the issue where the right side of the page appeared empty for 20 seconds without any loading indication.
This enhancement aims to provide you with a more transparent and responsive browsing experience.
CP Prospects table - Response type to be presenting all selected responses
Where found: Client portal > Prospects
Previously, selecting multiple response types resulted in the system not presenting any data.
With this release, when you choose multiple response types (e.g., "Positive response" and "Polite decline"), the system will now correctly present all prospects matching either of the specified criteria.
CP Website Visitors: Website Plugin Status
Where found: Client portal > Reporting > Website visitors
Previously, website plugins with a CreateDate in WidgetValidation appeared as active in CP > Website Visitors, regardless of verification success.
With this release, if a website plugin has an unsuccessful verification (no "Last Checked" value), it will now be presented as Inactive in the "Website Visitors" page, aligning with the status on the Website Plugin page.
This enhancement aims to provide more accurate and transparent information about the status of your website plugins.
CP Prospect details - missing the "Prospect engagement log"
Where found: Client portal > Prospects
Previously, the "Prospect Engagement Logs" were missing from the side menu and prospect details page, despite being visible on the Company details.
With this release, you will now find the "Prospect Engagement Logs" available for prospects in the side menu and details page, providing a comprehensive view of their engagement history.
