Free Phone Numbers via Portal available for all clients
We've got an exciting update coming up tomorrow on the live portal. Starting then, all our clients get free access to any phone number they need via the portal.
Enhanced Accessibility to Phone number data: With this update, our clients will have seamless access to all phone numbers available for their prospects directly through the portal, eliminating any additional costs associated with obtaining these numbers. Just to reference the update – until now our clients had only access to phone number for leads, and not all prospects.
Streamlined Process: The new feature aims to simplify the process of acquiring phone numbers for our clients for the prospects they want to reach out via phone, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
In Portal -> Prospect page - > All prospects that have mobile phone number information available will be marked with sign indicating the user there is a phone number available for the specific prospect in the Action column.
The user can then easily see the prospects we have this data point available for and reveal their phone number with just one click of this icon.
Next, the icon will change to indicate that the phone number is now available for preview, and the client can copy or see the phone number both in action column and in prospect details view as well.
We anticipate that this enhancement will positively impact client satisfaction. It's important to communicate this update to our clients through appropriate channels, emphasizing the added value this brings to their experience with our services.
