🐞 Responder Inbox -> Unreadable responses
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Inbox
It was reported that there are responders in SS that appeared with weird format, containing multiple characters/ words that are not part of the actual response. This should be fixed now and all responses should have normal format.
🐞SS Responder Inbox - Duplicate responses
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Inbox
It was identified that when 2 email addresses are connected to 2 campaigns and had a similar format differentiating by a letter. The responses from those email addresses were synced in the 2 campaigns.
Moving forward the system will sync only the responses from the email addresses that are exact match.
🐞WU 2.0 - Days to send for new schedules are not saved
Where found: SodaStream > Warm-up >Schedule 2.0
It was reported that when adding new or editing existing warm up schedule the days to send field was not saving correctly. This is now fixed.
🐞Multiple Web Intent bugs were also fixed
