Improvements
Prospect page - columns
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
As part of the new Prospects/Companies designs it was envisioned that we implement an option for customization of the columns.
The goal of this customization is to support different use cases of different stakeholders i.e. clients, customer success, operations and our internal sales team.
This will allow the CS team to present the types of responders received on client calls, while at the same time analyse the industries and sizes as prep before the call.
Clients can choose to filter the prospects that achieved a web goal or check the email template that was used for engaging a prospect.
When the ‘Columns’ button is clicked a drop-down menu will open where you can select which columns you want to be displayed on the screen. There are three locked columns which are always visible on the screen and those are: Name, Interest flag and Actions.
As we wanted to avoid horizontal scroll, there is limitation of the maximum number of columns that can be selected, and that number is 10. Also, to avoid breaking the design there is a limitation of the minimum number of columns i.e. 5.
The functionality is straightforward and when a row is checked the column appears immediately on the screen.

Add backdate button for Intent tracker targeting
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign settings
As we only recently rolled out the Intent tracker feature, there are lot of changes happening with the Intent tracker targetings while the teams are trying to streamline the client comms and to optimize the strategies.
In order to show accurate Qualified/Unqualified tags on the Portal, we have added a backdate button in Campaign settings which will re-sync the companies that have made a web visit against the latest saved targeting.
This option is available once per day, and once the button is clicked the system will need few hours to process the backdate. The time of the sync will depend of the web visits that are recorded for the campaign.
Mobile phones - Update of Web goal and Gifting notifications
One of the main benefits of the mobile phones project is that our clients can immediately follow up with the leads via phone calls. To additionally ease our clients lives, we have update the existing notifications for Gifting and Web goals to include the phone number of the prospects.
WebIntent: Add additional column to WebIntentCompanies table in soprolive DB
New columns was added in our DB to allow the Business Intelligence team to create a Power BI report for Intent tracker. The column is for FirstStageStatus (Active engagement, New or Opportunity for reenegagement) and it will show the status of the company when the visit has occurred.
Bugs fixed
Email Template -> Total Sent & Last Used values
Where found: Client Portal > Email templates
After an email template has been edited, some of the stats in the Portal were removed. The affected columns were Total sent and Last Used. This is resolved and moving forward the stats will remain when email template is edited.
SS Email Templates: *|SEND1_DATE|* is pulling the values from ProspectEmail CreateDate
Where found: Client Portal > Email templates
It was reported that the *|SEND1_DATE|* variable we use at the bottom of the chaser content is presenting a time of engagement different than the one in the Prospect details section.

This is now resolved and the times will be aligned in both paces.
Postal server not available from Domains page
Where found: SodaStream > Domains > Sodastream Domains
When new domain was added via the domains page, the Postal type was displaying incorrect instances i.e. was showing hMail in the drop-down menu.
This has been fixed, and when setting up a domain on Postal the user can now choose a Postal instance.
IT Prospects - Compliance Removal prospects are visible in the main table
Where found: Client Portal > Intent tracker > Prospects
Once a prospect’s data has been submitted for removal, all of their data should be hashed as Compliance Removal. However, this wasn't the case when the prospect was appearing in Intent tracker.
This bug has been resolved and the prospects tab in Intent tracker now takes into account when a prospect has been hashed.
Prospects and IT - LI button clickable for Compliance Removal prospects
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
When a prospect’s data is erased from the Compliance tab, it appears as Compliance Removal in the Prospects tab. For such prospects, the LI button was still clickable and lead to a blank page.
Now the LinkedIn button is disabled to avoid confusion with the users.
