A deployment of a new version of SodaStream and Client Portal inside the regular release window.

Improvements

🎉Disable saving send schedule when there are too many schedules at the same time

Where found: SodaStream> Campaigns & Setup > Campaign Send Schedule

It was identified that most of the send schedules are being activated at the same time, causing the system to be over utilized only at certain periods.

In order to improve the performance of SodaStream, we added a limitation when creating a send schedule or editing existing one i.e. moving forward the system will check the number of active send schedules at the selected time and if there are 100 it will move the time to the next available period and the user will be accordingly notified. This will allow us to have the send schedules equally distributed throughout the day.

🎉Termination dates to be editable from SS for Admin / Super Admin access

Where found: SodaStream > Campaigns & Setup > Campaign Settings

Due to increased need for termination dates changes we enabled system option for change of the dates. This option will be available only for Super Admins, and it will decrease the support tasks coming from the teams.

🎉Text change for the exclusions pop-up

Where found: Client Portal > Exclusions

A while ago we introduced adding hashed version of exclusions i.e. unique format that hides the original exclusion and allow the clients to add their exclusions without disclosing them with their account owners.

We updated the instructions on the Portal to reflect this change, so that our clients are informed of the new option.

🎉Sopro data exports

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Prospect Search & Export

In the last period we had few instances where the exports from Sopro Data were generating empty files. It was identified that this is connected to the email finder consoles in periods when they are overloaded.

To avoid delays in generating the files, we added a refresh button so when the system generates empty file the user can click it and system will fetch the data and generate a populated file.

Bug Fixes

🐞Email Approach Report: Sales Dev Leads being duplicated

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Campaign summary

The SDR Dev Lead column in the reports didn't seem to be presenting the data accurately, showing different numbers of leads for different report groups. Now this is resolved and moving forward the number of SDR leads should be accurate.

🐞Inaccurate Sales Activity "follow up" date in Prospects

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects

A bug was identified and fixed re the SDR activity log. When a follow up date was added, and later on the SDR modal was opened again the follow up date was different than the original. Now the modal will present the actual follow up that was selected.

🐞Removal of active warm Up schedules - Warm up 1.0

Where found: SodaStream > Warm up > Schedule 1.0

The warm-up schedules which have been deleted from SodaStream, while still being active were still executing warmup sends. This is now resolved and when a user deleted an active warm up schedule 1.0 the system will stop executing the sends.
