Improvements
Campaign Settings - Repositioning
Where Found: SodaStream > Campaigns & Setup > Campaign settings
This release introduces new functionalities and UI enhancements to the Campaign Settings section of SodaStream Sopro, specifically related to Sender Info and Generative Messaging creation. These improvements streamline the workflow for campaign management and enhance the integration with AIM for more effective messaging.
The Client and Campaign Information text box has been moved down to the Messaging section, now located under Informal Company Name for better organization.
A new Sender Info Lookup button has been introduced just above Informal Company Name (next to the Delete Messaging button). This button sends a request to AIM and retrieves relevant information, answering the following questions:
What do they do/offer and what sets them apart?
Why is it relevant to the targeted audience/what problems are they solving?
What are the USPs and competitive advantages?
What is the preferred tone for messaging/content based on their website?
The retrieved information will be populated in the corresponding text boxes and is editable for Customer Success (CS) team members.
A “Use Existing Info” checkbox has been added next to the Sender Info Lookup button. When checked, it allows users to read from an existing campaign rather than applying changes from AIM. This functionality will display a dropdown titled “Read from Existing Campaign,” showing a list of campaigns belonging to the active client.
Selecting an existing campaign will disable all campaign description fields in the current campaign.
When updating messaging, changes will apply to all connected campaigns rather than duplicating content.
A new Push Sender Info to AIM button has been introduced in the same row. This button will be enabled only after a TAM (Total addressable market) is created. It pushes the Sender Info to AIM to create a Test Sender.
Along with this, 10 random prospects from diverse industries, job titles, and company sizes will be pushed to Test Prospects, associated with the same Test Sender created.
Duplicate prospects engaged
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Load prospects
This release focuses on preventing the engagement of the same prospect twice simultaneously due to concurrent send schedules. The update introduces changes to the prospect status management, ensuring a more efficient and error-free engagement process.
Introduced a new status field, 'queueing', which is assigned to a prospect with a unique ID when a send schedule is initiated. This helps to identify prospects that are in the process of being queued.
Prospects will be updated to 'sent' once the engagement process is completed. This confirms that the prospect has been successfully engaged and no further action is required for this send schedule.
If a prospect is skipped due to specific rules such as exceeding the maximum company size per day or other predefined criteria, their status will be updated to 'new'. This ensures that prospects who are not engaged during the current schedule are reset for future engagement opportunities.
Duplicate of send schedules validation
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign Send Schedules
This release addresses the issue of engaging the same prospects multiple times due to concurrent sends from the same email profile. The update introduces a new constraint to limit the number of concurrent schedules to ensure efficient and non-redundant engagement.
Previously, sends from the same email profile running concurrently could result in the same prospects being engaged multiple times with Send 1. The system now allows the activation of two schedules from the same email profile only if there is a minimum of a one-hour difference between the start times of these schedules. This ensures that prospects are not engaged multiple times simultaneously.
By enforcing a one-hour gap between the start times of concurrent schedules, the update ensures a more controlled and organized engagement process, reducing the likelihood of duplicate engagements.
Deal Nav changes
Where found: Client Portal > Deal Navigator
This release focuses on updating the documentation in Deal Nav to better reflect our current processes and requirements. The updates include adding a new section, renaming an existing section, and removing an outdated section. Also, an update of the design to reflect our branding.
Campaign Response Rate / Planhat
This release focuses on enhancing the integration between Sopro and Planhat by establishing a new data connection and renaming an existing field in Planhat. The goal is to streamline the reporting of campaign response rates and ensure clarity in data representation. A new data connection has been established to send the statistics of the campaign response rate from the last month to Planhat. The existing field in Planhat previously named Campaign Response Rate has been renamed to Campaign Response Rate This Month. This change ensures clarity in distinguishing between the response rates of the current and previous months.
Email template reports are not loading
Where found: Client Portal > Email templates
This release addresses the issue of email templates reports not loading. An optimization has been performed to improve the report's load efficiency and reliability.
Hide GlockApps buttons from Email templates
Where found: SodaStrean > Email templates
This release updates the system to reflect the discontinuation of the GlockApps subscription. It involves hiding GlockApps-associated buttons and deactivating related functionalities. Deactivating and hiding the button ensures that ongoing campaigns are not disrupted and users are clearly informed about the discontinued feature.
Bug fixes
Generation/Re-generation pop up window is frozen
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Send schedules
We have introduced a new notification system that informs users when the generation of messages is successfully triggered and we have resolved an issue where clicking the Generation/Re-generation button would cause the window to freeze for an extended period.
ProspectLastActivity is not updating for invalid responses
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Inbox
We have resolved an issue where manually sending a predicted response to invalids did not update the Client Portal’s Last Activity status correctly. The following improvements have been made:
The system now accurately removes the Last Activity responder status and reverts it to the previous last responder when a response is manually sent to invalids.
Ensured that the Auto AI prediction response is not remembered if manually invalidated by the user.
Common Templates bug in Generative Template Settings tab in SS
Where found: SodaStream > Email templates
When clicking the Common Templates dropdown, a list of random Common Templates from AIM appeared, including those not in use or even deleted. The dropdown now exclusively displays Admin Templates labeled as "In Use" from AIM, filtering out any user templates or deleted templates.
Common Templates Intro bug in Generative Template Settings tab in SS
Where found: SodaStream > Email templates
When trying to edit a template, the Common Templates Prompt Intro section always displayed the original prompt as added in AIM, not reflecting any edits made. The Common Templates Prompt Intro section now accurately displays the edited version of the prompt. This includes any changes made to instructions, such as the removal of specific sections, ensuring that the displayed information matches what is used when processing all requests.
Generative Templates View Logs bug
Where found: SS > Ops & Delivery > Load Prospects
This release addresses issues with the View Log button, ensuring that it consistently links to the most recent and accurate message logs for all generative messages, including follow-ups.
Accurate Log Linking:
Previous Behavior: The View Log button took users to the first message log generated for a particular prospect. In cases of regeneration, this did not update to reflect the latest message log.
Fixed Behavior: The View Log button now always contains a link to the log of the latest message generated. This ensures users can easily access the most recent communication history with a prospect.
Correct Follow-Up Log Links:
Previous Behavior: Logs for any chaser/follow-up generative messages contained a link to the M1 message instead of the respective follow-up messages (M2, M3, M4, etc.).
Fixed Behavior: The View Log button for follow-up emails now contains a link to the accurate log for the corresponding follow-up message. This improvement ensures that users can track the specific logs for each follow-up communication.
Generative Messaging Test button not producing expected results
Where found: SS > Ops & Delivery > Load Prospects
This release addresses an issue with the Test button functionality, ensuring that test emails reflect the content of the generative message previewed, rather than the fallback template.
Previous Behavior: Clicking the Test button sent a test email using the fallback template, rather than the content of the generative message previewed.
Fixed Behavior: Issuing a test from the Test button now sends a test email with the exact content of the generative message currently previewed. This ensures that users can accurately review the content of their generative messages before sending them out.
Generative Messaging - On/Off - malfunction fixed
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign Settings
This release addresses an issue with the checkbox functionality that was preventing the activation of the Generative Messaging feature. The fix ensures that the checkbox now works correctly, allowing users to activate the feature as intended.
