Improvements
Termination of campaign new prompt
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign settings > Campaign pause/termination
To ensure proactive client management, a new feature has been implemented to remind Client Success users of the consequences of terminating a campaign. This feature aims to prompt CS users to engage with clients regarding the implications of campaign termination and encourage them to activate the platform fee to maintain portal access and additional services.
When the "Terminate and send notification" button is clicked for the last active campaign of a client, a pop-up appears.
The pop-up contains the following message:
"The system will also deactivate the platform fee on campaign end date [date], which will deactivate the additional multichannel services. Please check with the client if they want to keep the platform fee subscription only and activate the platform fee in client settings – [link to client settings for the specific client]."
The "Deactivate" button deactivates the platform fee when the last active campaign status changes to "On ice."
Clicking "Activate platform fee" deactivates the old platform fee and activates a new one.
The new platform fee defaults to a price of $500, with discount and discounted price fields left empty.
The service start date is set to the date when the client's last active campaign ends, ensuring uninterrupted portal access and additional services.
Clicking "Activate platform fee" opens the client management page for the specific client in a new tab.

Client sub statuses
Where found: SodaStream > Client Management
In response to the need for enhanced reporting capabilities, several additional client sub statuses have been introduced. The new statuses are driven by campaign statuses and are as follows:
Active - Pending:
If all client’s campaign statuses are in "Active (Reactivation) Onboarding" and have been in this status for no more than 30 days, the client sub status will be "Active - Pending."
Active - Pending > 30 days:
If all client’s campaign statuses are in "Active (Reactivation) Onboarding" and have been in this status for more than 30 days, the client sub status will be "Active - Pending > 30 days."
Active - Live:
If at least one client’s campaign status is in "Active: Fixed," "Active: Rolling," or "Active: Termination Notice," the client sub status will be "Active - Live."
Additionally, a new column will be added to the main page to display these client sub statuses. The client management page will also be updated to reflect these new statuses.

Active debt flag
Where found: SodaStream > Client Management
To streamline financial reporting and management, a new feature has been introduced to allow the Finance team to flag clients with an active debt. This enhancement enables the Finance team to create various reports and track users with outstanding debts efficiently.
A new checkbox labeled "Active debt" has been added. The checkbox is unticked by default.

Stop tracking visits for Privacy policy links for all clients for Anonymous IP visits
Where found: Client Portal > Intent tracker
In response to user feedback and requirements, we are introducing a improvement to our website visit tracking functionality. This enhancement specifically targets Anonymous IP visits and aims to exclude tracking visits to all of our client’s privacy policy links if they last for 5 seconds or less.
The existing solution for tracking prospects visits is now being extended to cover Anon IP visits as well.
Visits to our client’s privacy policy links by Anonymous IP visits, lasting for 5 seconds or less, will be excluded from tracking. This decision is based on the understanding that these visits are often not relevant and may result from automated processes rather than genuine user intent.
Bug fixes
CP: Chaser's Last activity not being updated in 'Prospects' table
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
In this release, we have addressed the discrepancy in the 'Last Activity' column of the 'Prospects' table. The 'Last Activity' column now accurately reflects the date of the last stage for all email stages, including chasers sent out after the initial stage. Users can now rely on the 'Last Activity' column to provide an accurate representation of prospect activity.
CP Prospect Last Activity is not updating
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
In previous instances, a discrepancy was noted in the display of prospect response types and intent tags within the client portal. Specifically, when a prospect was initially classified as a "Positive Response" by ResponderAI and later manually categorized as "Out of Office (OOO)" by Ops, the client portal continued to display the initial classification in the "Last Activity" column. This discrepancy resulted in inaccurate representation of prospect interactions and intent tags.
Following this bug fix, the client portal will display the correct response type for prospects, reflecting the most recent manual classification by Ops. Additionally, intent tags such as MQL and SQL will be updated to align with the latest classification, providing users with accurate and up-to-date information regarding prospect interactions.
Referral bonus isn't according to the new format
As part of the existing referral process, clients have the option to choose between cash or credit rewards when referring other businesses to us. However, a bug was identified in the referral line item format, which has now been addressed and fixed. With this fix, both cash and credit options have been updated to align with the new format of the Multichannel fee, where the quantity is set to 1, and clients are billed for the total amount.
SS LI Conversation filtering by agent
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > LinkedIn Conversations
A bug has been identified and fixed in the LinkedIn Conversation Inbox module, impacting the filtering functionality when using the "LinkedIn profile" drop-down menu.
