🎉 Write down Undelivered Error codes (if available) for all Campaigns

In order to create reports that will allow us to analyze the undelivered emails and the most common reasons for undelivered, we started recording the undelivered code.

With the extraction of the codes, we will be able to track the relationship between undelivered code, how long the email was on warm up, how old the domain is, where it was set up (Outlook, Gsuite) and which sending mechanism we are using.

🎉 Premium client checkbox

As part of a new CS process where we will be defining Premium clients which will receive certain types of benefits, we've added a new field in Client Management and Campaign Settings where the users with Finance Team Lead can mark the Client as Premium.

When a client is marked as Premium all campaigns under that client will inherit the Premium status.

🎉 SodaStream updates in Campaign Email Profile Group

For the purpose of creating a bespoke PowerBi report, it was requested that we add new filed in Campaign Email Profile Group for Ops Owner.

🎉 Notification of completed survey changes

As the clients surveys provide valuable info, it was requested that Ops and CS team leads are added to the notification for completed surveys. Moving forward when client completes a survey along Ops and CS owners, the notification will be sent to their respective team leads.

🐞 500 Error on the Summary Reports

When filtering the summary reports by Email approach, the “Report group by Stage“ didn't load the data, and presented 500 Error instead. This is now resolved and the users can see the reports when filtered by approach.

🐞 Prospects - Filter's search in the Drawer doesn't work for all the filters

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects

The user was unable to search through the options in the filters, i.e. when entering any letters the displayed results remained the same. This is now resolved.
