A deployment of a new version of SodaStream and Client Portal inside the regular release window.

Improvements

GB - Change of currency

Where found: SodaStream > Finance

This improvement will allow us to support our clients with Gifting options outside of their primary geo location. This means that our clients can choose gifts regardless of their location and they will be invoiced in the currency they are usually invoiced.

For example, client is located in the UK, but wants to target the USA as per their commercial, expansion plan. This means that the client can select USA vendors but they will still be invoiced in GBP.

Send Sales agent phone finder as exclusion to phone finder

Where found: SodaStream > Admin > User Management

In order to improve the phone finder process we'll be sending the phone numbers of the users marked as "Sales agent (i.e. Prospector)". These numbers will be excluded from the phone numbers sourced from the prospect's responders.

Intent tracker - Industry inconsistencies

Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign settings

As part of the standard Intent tracker process, when a company is identified and visits our client's website we check it against our data i.e. Sopro Data. Sopro data uses third party providers to enrich our Prospects/Companies data pool. At the moment, we don't have information in Sopro data re the new industries that LinkedIn introduced a while ago.

With the initial scope of Intent tracker it was envisioned that a company has to have an exact match of industry/industry groups. This caused a lot of companies to be discarded as not qualified.

This improvement aims to bridge that gap and to provide as many relevant companies as possible.

For example, when I target Advertising services, in Sopro data there are companies which have Advertising services but some companies will have Marketing and Advertising in the industry column (this is the industry group). By introducing this improvements the qualified companies should include all companies that have Advertising services or Marketing and Advertising in the Industry field.

Once Sopro Data has complete data pool we'll be able to update the logic and allow only exact match of Industries and Industry groups.

New variable SALES_AGENT_SIGNATURE

Where found: SodaStream > Email Templates

New variable is added in SS which will help the users to connect an email signature added in the user modal and email templates and that is SALES_AGENT_SIGNATURE.

The previous connected variable EMAIL_PROFILE_UTM_SIGNATURE is now disconnected.

Bug fixes

SS Load Prospects - The upload status bars are not processing

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Load Prospects

When uploading a CSV file in SS Load prospects, the status bar was not processing, and the system was not providing any information on the uploaded data. This is now resolved and the user will be informed once the upload is completed.

Companies export button is not working

Where found: Client Portal > Companies

A bug was identified and sorted re the export button on the Companies page in CP which was not exporting anything. When clicked, the button loaded endlessly and nothing happened, and now it generates a file.

Portal - News feed are not loading

Where found: Client Portal > Companies

It was reported by the teams that when a Company details page was opened and the News tab was accessed the News section was loading indefinitely. This is now sorted and the news tab loads information as per the third party system we're using.

LinkedIn account is not offered for selection when creating a user via Campaign Settings

Where found: SodaStream > Admin > User Management

A bug was identified that caused the system not to display all LinkedIn accounts in the user modal. This is now resolved and if a LinkedIn account is added via the Portal, the LinkedIn account will be added for selection in the user modal.

Gifting - The report by Email template doesn't show the redeems made on chasers

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports

When a chaser doesn’t contain a giftlink, however the initial template has a Giftlink and a prospect redeemed a gift, the redemption wasn't displayed in the report by Email template. This issue is now sorted and the report group by email template will present accurate redeem numbers.
