Improvements

Multichannel prospecting fee in campaign settings

The current Sopro pricing model has Email Outreach as its core service and the pricing and invoice creation is centralized around Email Outreach deliverables – number of prospect credits and price per credit. All additional channels we introduced throughout last year have a separate cost associated and these were considered as additional cost to the core Email Outreach service, hence additional invoice line in the monthly invoices.

Driven by the change in the Sopro service - providing multichannel service approach and platform services that provide value to clients in addition to the managed delivery service, Sopro created new pricing model that reflects these changes.

Managing multichannel fee will remain in campaign settings (book campaign modal for new clients) due to the associated dependency to sends and invoicing.

Initial price defined by sales will be added by Finance team in book a campaign page. This will populate the initial “Multichannel prospecting fee” pricing details. The UI will change to reflect the new form where all these fields are grouped.

  • Monthly credits volume

  • Price per prospect - prepopulated by default based on the monthly credits volume, but users should still be able to change the price.

  • Total Multichannel prospecting fee – calculated as total outreach cost calculated as volume * price per prospect

  • Discount and Discounted total multichannel prospecting fee price (if discount is applied)– tooltip will explain that this should be populated only if discount should be visible in the invoice

  • Comment

Please note, Credits per prospect will be removed as field in prospecting fee as it’s no longer being used.

New Morning/Afternoon dynamic variables based on time zone field in send schedule

Where found: SodaStream > Email templates

To enhance personalization in email templates across various time zones, we have introduced new variables in SS > Email Templates:

  • SENDSCHEDULE_MORNING_OR_AFTERNOON_GREETING: Determines whether it is "Morning" or "Afternoon" based on the prospect's time zone.

  • SENDSCHEDULE_MORNING_OR_AFTERNOON_BODY: Specifies "morning" or "afternoon" based on the prospect's time zone.

When activating a send schedule, the system now checks the prospect's time zone and dynamically populates these variables according to the scheduled delivery time, ensuring personalized greetings and content based on the recipient's local time.

For instance, when selecting the time zone "(UTC +3:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg" and the email is delivered at 12:30 the variables will be populated as follows, although the Ops local time is morning:

SENDSCHEDULE_MORNING_OR_AFTERNOON_GREETING: "Afternoon"

SENDSCHEDULE_MORNING_OR_AFTERNOON_BODY: "afternoon"

Upload industry validation improvements

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery >Load prospects

When uploading a CSV file in SS -> Load Prospects, the system now validates the IndustryGroup column only against industry groups. Additionally, the Industry column is validated against both industries and industry groups. If there are unacceptable values in the SF's IndustryGroup, the system will appropriately send these prospects to "Pending," ensuring accurate validation and data handling.

The new pricing model is aimed to present the value provided with the additional services provided by the platform, but more importantly incorporates the cost of all outreach channels within a single pricing plan, aimed to maximize the value of the output by using all outreach channels available for engagement. The solution identified is for clients using the Sopro premium service to be sold to on basis of a monthly fee, the key one being the £3,000 (based on 1,000 prospects) but then attractive discounts laid out for sales team to use, up to 4,000 prospects, when it would default to a bespoke quote needed.

Bug fixes

Activity feed tab in Intent tracker company side modal is opening very slow and shows error 500

Where found: Client Portal > Intent tracker

In the recent scenario, there was a delay and error (500) encountered when attempting to open the activity details, with the modal taking more than 40 seconds to load. This was an unexpected behavior, as the opening of the side modal was previously optimized to load within 6-7 seconds.

The reported error (500) has been addressed, and efforts have been made to restore the faster loading time for the activity feed details, bringing it back to the expected scenario of opening within 6-7 seconds.

SS Campaign Settings: Max Limit updates

Issue Resolution:

An issue was identified where a user without access to edit the "Remove Max Number of Chaser Sends" field unintentionally triggered its deactivation when performing random campaign edits in Campaign Settings.

Resolution:

The system has been updated to ensure that users without permission to edit the "Remove Max Number of Chaser Sends" field can now make campaign edits without affecting the status of this checkbox. The expected behavior is restored, allowing users to save changes successfully without inadvertently altering unrelated fields.
