Renaming in Email sequence in Prospects list in Portal

To align with the updated service model, we’ve updated the Email Stage column in the Prospects and Leads tables on the Portal.
The current stage names have been replaced with a simplified format: M1, M2, M3, M4, etc.
Subcategories to be reclassified
We’ve introduced a new process to enhance the accuracy of response handling when a responder is manually reclassified.
When a responder is manually reclassified, the system will now send the updated responder data to a new AI endpoint. This ensures that:
A new subcategory is automatically fetched based on the updated classification.
Response classification accuracy is improved by leveraging advanced AI capabilities.

To streamline the process for double volume offering and increase client adoption, we've introduced an enhancement that allows finance teams to manage monthly volume changes more effectively. This update ensures the changes are reflected in the system and communicated with Planhat for better tracking.
A new flag has been introduced in the system to track when finance changes the monthly volume.
The double volume flag will now be sent to Planhat as a new field, enabling seamless tracking of clients benefiting from this offering.

Create app password to be sent to WU

We’ve introduced a new feature to enhance the warm-up process for email addresses. When an email address and app password are created, the app password will now automatically be sent to the Warm-Up process.
Original spintax subject line to be captured in the DB

To enhance internal reporting capabilities, we have updated the system to capture both the actual sent spintax subject line and the original version. This update allows for more detailed tracking and reporting on spintax variations used in email campaigns.
In addition to capturing the actual sent subject line (e.g., "Igor/Marija - quick call"), the system will now also store the original spintax version (e.g., "|Firstname|/|Salesagent| - quick call").
This ensures that both the dynamic version used in the email send and the spintax template are available for review.
Bug fixes
Email templates with inaccurate response rates

We identified a bug on the Email Templates page where some email templates showed a 0% response rate despite having recorded responses. This issue led to inaccurate reporting of template performance.
The system now correctly calculates and displays response rates for all email templates with recorded responses.
Dashboard headline cards re campaign performance show just loading and shows error 500

We identified an issue with the dashboard headline cards showing loading errors or error 500 when trying to view campaign performance stats. Users were required to logout, log back in, and perform a hard refresh to access these cards.
The dashboard headline cards now load correctly as soon as the portal is opened, without requiring additional actions like logging out or refreshing.
The error 500 issue has been resolved, ensuring smooth access to campaign performance statistics from the moment the portal is accessed.
LinkedIn URL is not available in Prospects page

It was reported that the LinkedIn URL was not visible on the Prospects page, despite the information being available in the database. This discrepancy caused incomplete prospect profiles and limited visibility for users working with LinkedIn data.
The LinkedIn URL field is now correctly displayed on the Prospects page for all relevant prospects, ensuring that users have full access to LinkedIn information when managing their prospects.
SS Load Prospects: Pending prospects

We identified additional cases where prospects were incorrectly added with a status of Pending instead of New. This issue caused confusion and disrupted the expected workflow for processing new prospects.
The fix is now live, and all new prospects will be correctly categorized as New where applicable.
Load Prospects: Error while saving Pending

An issue was identified in the Pending tab where users were unable to successfully apply industry, industry group, or company size to prospects. Even after selecting the relevant information and saving, the system displayed an error message and failed to update the prospect status to New.
The system now correctly saves applied industry, industry group, and company size when a user opens the Pending tab, makes changes, and clicks the tick box.
With the system correctly saving changes and updating statuses, the time spent on managing prospects is reduced.
The fix is live, and users should now experience smooth functionality when applying changes to Pending prospects.
Incorrect Manual Review Flagging for Responses in SodaStream

We identified a discrepancy in the response management flow where the system flagged responses for manual review incorrectly. Specifically:
When a responder AI returned multiple responses:
The first response with a confidence score <50% influenced the flagging decision.
Subsequent responses with a confidence score >50% and meeting quality criteria were still flagged unnecessarily.
The issue having duplicate responses is now identified and resolved. The system now ensures that the high confidence response is automatically classified.
Responses with a confidence score <50% are flagged for manual review.
Responders Automation: "No longer with business" are not being added to Global Exclusions

We identified an issue where prospects classified with ResponderTypeId = 6 ("No longer with business") were not being consistently added to the Global Exclusions List.
Manually classified prospects were added correctly.
Automatically classified prospects were not added, causing inconsistencies in the exclusions list.
The system now ensures that automatically classified prospects with ResponderTypeId = 6 are correctly added to the Global Exclusions List, matching the behavior of manually classified prospects.
Sendgrid Error attempts for sends
We identified and resolved errors in ProspectEmail for SendGrid that were causing disruptions in internal campaigns. These issues included:
Some instances of LoginSendgrid being
NULLin EmailProfileAddresses resulted in sending failures.Prospects with a correct setup were successfully sent initial emails but failed to execute chaser emails.
The system attempted to send emails daily, even when prospects were undelivered, creating inefficiencies.
If a prospect ends up as undelivered, the system will now correctly update the LastResponderType column to reflect this status. This prevents further email attempts to undelivered prospects, ensuring the system does not attempt redundant sends.
Improved loggs to provide clearer insights into email sending statuses, allowing easier troubleshooting of user errors and system issues.
Sopro LLC are not automatically or manually sent to Xero
We’ve addressed a critical issue affecting US clients who were transitioned from billing under Prospect Global Ltd to Sopro LLC. The issue prevented invoices from being automatically or manually sent to Xero, requiring tech department intervention for each invoice.
Users can now successfully send invoices manually to Xero by clicking ‘Accept and Send to Xero’, with no errors or system inactivity.
