Improvements
Prospects export - Add domain column
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
This enhancement is particularly valuable for clients who integrate their CRMs manually. It involves the addition of a domain column in the Prospects list when exporting data from the Portal. The inclusion of company domains will greatly assist in CRM integration, improving data accuracy and processes.
Email signature mandatory in Sales agent user role
Where found: SodaStream > Admin > User management > Add new user
When a user is being created/edited and marked as Sales agent (i.e. prospector) the following fields are now mandatory:
Email signature
Phone
LinkedIn Account (For sales agents)
The use case for each fields is different and it supports different projects/processes.
Email signature was added since we want to made an improvement in the Gifting process where the confirmations sent to the prospects on behalf of the sales agent will contain email signature (process update that will follow in the future). Additionally, moving forward instead of adding email signature to every email template the following variable can be added and the system will populate the field with the email signature added in the user menu: *|EMAIL_PROFILE_UTM_SIGNATURE|* .
Phone is a mandatory field which will help us exclude the sales agent's phone numbers from one of the phone finder steps which tries to identify a phone number when prospect replies.
LinkedIn account supports the LinkedIn Outreach automation process so that the system will know which LinkedIn profile to use in the process (full LinkedIn Outreach Automation will follow soon).
Connect email profile with Sales agent
Where found: Campaign & Setup > Campaign Email Profile
When creating an email profile, you will notice that within the Sales Agent dropdown menu, you can only select Users associated with campaigns tagged as Sales Agent (Prospector). This feature ensures that Sales Agents are correctly linked to the appropriate email profiles, thereby improving campaign management.


LIA document tweaks
Where found: Client Portal > Compliance
A revision of the LIA document was provided by our Data Protection Officer which is now updated in the system.
Rewards scheme
Where found: Client Portal > Reward scheme
The page is renamed to "Recommend Sopro".
When client submits a referral via the email address field the process is upgraded and the system will issue an email notification to the internal teams instead to the contact. This means that our sales team will have a proactive role in following up with the referrals.
New notification was added that will be sent to the client as a 'Thank you' and confirmation that the referral was received.
Some additional design changes were introduced like replacing the video with image explaining the process.
Social sync add on service activation managed in SS
Where found: SodaStream > Admin > Client Management
New form is added for activating service plan for the new channel we'll be introducing i.e. Social Sync. The teams can activate the form by defining the Quantity, Monthly volumes, Price, Delivery start date and Billing start date.
Intent tracking should be displayed to multiple clients that share the same domain
We've made backend changes to enable the activation of the same website plugin and Intent tracker for multiple clients sharing the same domain.This is implemented for the following clients:
Portakabin Limited and Portakabin B.V.
Keepler Data tech SL and Keepler data tech Gmbh
Update reset password notification
The Reset Password notification has been updated to align with our brand's tone of voice.
Hide Giftbox template drop-down
Where found: SodaStream > Email Templates
The selection menu for Gifting templates has been removed as it was related to an outdated process. The new process automatically connects email templates with gifting templates with the use of the specific gifting variables, eliminating the need for manual gifting template selection.
Bug Fixes
Exclusions - Prospect's status remains 'Excluded' even though it is removed from exclusions
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Load Prospects
By way of testing, it was noticed that a prospect with status 'Excluded' stays in the status even when the domain or email address are removed from the exclusion list. This meant that when clients were revising the exclusion list the uploaded prospects weren't affected.
This is now resolved and the prospects are refreshed when exclusions are revised.
Intent Tracker importing companies without IndustryGroup
We've resolved an issue where the system wasn't populating the Industry Group value in the Company table for prospects from the IP match and engage feature. This ensures all companies/prospects have Industry information displayed in the following pages:

SS Gifting total sends
Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Gifting
It was reported that the system wasn't displaying correct numbers in 'Gift sent' column. This is now fixed and the column is presenting accurate numbers.
CP Gifting redeems - Email Template report
Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports
There were some cases were the Leads column and Responses columns specifically in the Report Group by Email Template which didn't have matching numbers and this caused confusion when analyzing the performance.
This bug is resolved and the Report Group by Email Template is displaying accurate results.
Email Template Report - duplicate gift count for recontacting prospects
Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports
It was noticed that when a prospect has been contacted with the regular activity, then was re-contacted with a Gifting template approach, and has redeemed a gift - the Portal is presenting this gift redeemed to both templates (the regular template + the gifting template).
Moving forward the system will attribute the gift redemption to the correct email template.
Unable to add an address in SS Responder Accounts
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Account
It was reported that the teams couldn’t create new responder account. The issue identified was related to the number of characters in the domain, this limit is increased and the issue is resolved.
Gifting - Redepmtion is captured as many times as the ‘Accept’/'Confirm'/ ‘Plant a tree’ button is clicked
When the user clicked the ‘‘Accept’/'Confirm'/ ‘Plant a tree’ button on the last page (for entering the email/ address) multiple times, the redemption was captured in the database as many times as the button has been clicked.
This is now resolved and the button is disabled once clicked, and a spinner is added.
