🆕 Warm up 2.0
Please do not use this feature unless instructed otherwise by your line manager.
Warm up is the process of building the reputation of the email address that we want to use for the prospecting activity. Warm up 2.0 is an upgrade of the existing process in which along sending warm up emails the email addresses will also receive messages.
Another improvement of the existing process is that moving forward we will be warming up email addresses instead of email profiles.
When setting up a warm up schedule, you will be able to select between two types of outbound warm up i.e. Gradual Increase and Random Increase.
Gradual increase means that the system will start sending lower volumes and gradually increase them until the maximum volumes are reached.
Random increase means that the system will start sending lower volumes and increase the volumes with a random dynamic until the maximum volumes are reached.
When Active inbound is ticked, the email address apart from sending emails will receive messages as well. The Inbound process is divided in two processes i.e. Direct Inbound and Reply to. These two types of Inbound and their dynamics are managed by the system.
When the Warm up schedule is saved the system will start the warm up activity on the selected date.
The process is set up to start with Outbound emails and the next day specific % of the number of Outbound emails will be sent as Inbound. For example, if today we have sent 10 Outbound emails, the next day the system will send 50% Inbound warm up emails or 5 messages.

With the new warm up 2.0 we've added new page for analyzing the stats as well. In Warm up 2.0 Stats you can see how many Outbound and Inbound emails has been sent in total and how many on email address level.
