Client Portal updates

Bug fix: Search Function in Portal ⇒ Email Templates is now fixed #CX

We've fixed an issue in the Sopro Portal that prevented users from browsing/searching for specific email templates.

This made the search process harder when the list of templates was longer.

The search function now works as expected.

What's changed:

When going to Portal ⇒ Email Templates, and when a specific stage is expanded, Ops/CS users can now search for a specific template by typing in the search function.

The Portal will display the specific template that the user is searching for.

Bug fix: When hovering over the Audience bar, the full Audience Name is now displayed #CX

The Portal was not displaying the full Campaign Audience name for Audiences that had longer names.

If the start of multiple Audience names is the same, the user cannot differentiate and select the desired Audience.

What's changed:

This issue has now been fixed. When Ops/CS users want to select a specific Campaign Audience for generating a message in the Portal, they can hover over the name of the Campaign Audience, and the full name of the Audience will show up.

This would help Ops/CS users when there are multiple audiences created whose name starts with the same naming convention.

Bug fix: Subject Name can now be removed from Search filter #CX

An issue was reported that prevented users from removing the selected filter in Portal ⇒ Email Templates.

If a user searched for a specific Email Template by subject line, afterwards, they weren't able to remove the specific search filter/criteria.

What's changed:

With the new deployment, this issue is now resolved, and users will be able to remove the entered search criteria, which would then revert back the list of templates.

Internal process updates

Update: Notification for Audience Import now indicates for which Email Profile the import is activated #Ops

Ops shared feedback that the notification that appears in Companies & Prospect Search is confusing.

This is related to when multiple Email Profiles are linked to one Campaign Audience. Once the Automatic Import is turned on, the notification that previously popped up did not give clear information on which Email Profile the Automatic Import is activated.

What’s changed:

  • A new notification has been added, which indicates for which Email Profile the Automatic Import is active, once Ops toggles on the button.

Benefit:

  • Once Ops toggles on an Automatic Import for a specific campaign audience that has multiple email profiles linked, the notification would give clear information for which Email Profile the Automatic Import would be active.

Bug Fix: CRM Integration - Salesforce: Fields that are not mapped in the integration set-up will no longer be overwritten #Ops #CS

One of our clients has reported that the Salesforce integration had overwritten their 'Type' field in their CRM, even though this field was not mapped in the integration setup.

Once an Account/Company update has been made in their Salesforce, the 'Type' field is overwritten.

What's changed:

  • If a field is not mapped in the integration setup, the values would no longer be overwritten.

Benefit:

  • Accurate data transfer from Sopro to the client's Salesforce without overwriting fields that are not mapped.
