Sopro Portal - Visibility of LinkedIn Industries
Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports > Report group by Industry
We're excited to announce a new feature for our Portal users: the ability to access a detailed breakdown of LinkedIn industries. This enhancement empowers users to optimize performance by providing valuable insights into industry engagement.
Users can expand each row to reveal a comprehensive list of industries engaged within the respective industry group. All industry groups are collapsed by default, and the industries can be accessed by a simple click.

All campaigns will have the old view by default, to activate the new breakdown please select the checkbox in Campaign settings.
When creating Internal, Incubator and Test status Campaigns in Sodastream a License is created in PlanHat
We're excited to introduce an improvement to the Planhat licensing process in SodaStream, addressing an issue where licenses were incorrectly triggered for Internal campaigns in PlanHat.
Internal campaigns are now exempt from triggering licenses in PlanHat. Since these campaigns are not billable, there's no need for a license to be activated.
Licenses will now be triggered based on the Base Contract Volume field specified in Campaign Settings within SodaStream. This ensures that licenses are only activated for campaigns where there is a contractual obligation, aligning licensing with actual usage requirements.
Planhat add new field
We're rolling out a small update to enhance the synchronization between our database and PlanHat. Now, the status of CRM Integration activation will be mapped to the corresponding field in PlanHat, "CRM Integration Active".
Add Brighton & Hove Buses And Metrobus IPs as global exclusions
Where found: Client Portal > Intent tracker
We've received feedback from our Customer Success team regarding the frequency of appearance of a particular company in all client campaigns. Brighton & Hove Buses And Metrobus are located next to the Brighton office and there is a possibility that IP addresses are being mixed up. These IP addresses are now excluded from Intent tracker.
CRM Integrations: Zoho importing Contacts only
We're pleased to announce an enhancement tailored to accommodate the unique setup of our enterprise client, "The Green Energy Advice Bureau Ltd," within their Zoho integration.
To ensure a seamless integration with Zoho while meeting the client's specific requirements, we've implemented the ability to import Contacts only, excluding Accounts (Companies). Additionally, we've enabled mapping of the Company information fields "Company Size" and "Company website" under Contact properties.
This enhancement empowers the client to integrate our Portal with their Zoho system without triggering mandatory automations that could disrupt reporting processes. By importing Contacts only and mapping Company information fields accordingly, we ensure a smooth and tailored integration experience.
User image to be shown in prospects page
Where found: Client Portal > Prospects
We've implemented an enhancement to ensure consistency in the displayed data by showing user profile photos in the Prospects page.
When users add a photo in their account settings on either the Portal or the User Admin page, it will now appear in the Sales Agent column of the Prospects page for all prospects and leads.
Hovering over the photo will reveal the name of the sales agent for easier identification.
If a photo is not added in either location, the Prospects page will display the user's initials as per the current design.
We believe this enhancement will contribute to a more personalized and visually consistent experience for our users.
Bug fixes
CP -Duplicate prospect in side menu

We're pleased to inform our users that we have successfully addressed a bug related to duplicate display of Prospect on the Prospect side menu / Prospect Details page.
Previously, users encountered an issue where the same prospect was displayed twice on the Prospect Details page. This duplication caused confusion and potential inaccuracies in prospect tracking and management.
Our development team has swiftly investigated and resolved the issue. Now, when users navigate to the Prospect Details page, each Prospect is displayed only once, ensuring clarity and accuracy in prospect identification.
CP - Leads events only is filtering Connect sent

We are pleased to announce the successful resolution of a bug related to the filtering of lead events in the Prospects side menu. Previously, users encountered an issue where filtering for lead events only displayed events such as "Connect sent", which are not categorized as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) or Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). This inconsistency led to confusion and potential misinterpretation of lead event data.
Now, when users filter for lead events in the Prospects side menu, only events classified as MQL or SQL are displayed.
SS Users: LI account is not showing on preview

We're pleased to inform you that we have resolved an issue related to the display of selected LinkedIn accounts when editing a user in SodaStream.
Previously, users encountered an issue where the selected LinkedIn account was not visible when editing a user in SodaStream, despite the correlation existing in the database. This discrepancy caused inconvenience and made it challenging to manage LinkedIn accounts effectively.
Now, when editing a user in SodaStream, the selected LinkedIn account associated with the user's campaign is accurately displayed in the edit window. This enhancement ensures transparency and facilitates seamless management of LinkedIn accounts for sales agents.
CP Website Visitors Report: Unable to show all data

We're pleased to announce that we've addressed an issue where selecting the "All records" option in the Website Visitors page resulted in 0 results being displayed. Our development team has resolved this issue, ensuring that selecting the "All records" option now accurately retrieves and displays all relevant visitor data. Users can once again access complete reports, enabling them to make informed decisions based on comprehensive insights.
Notification for extinct client is sent every day
We're pleased to announce that we've addressed an issue where the "Notify for campaign extinct" notification was being sent every day, contrary to the expected behavior of sending it only once.
Our development team has resolved this issue, ensuring that the "Notify for campaign extinct" notification is now sent only once as expected. Users will no longer receive daily notifications for campaign extinction, allowing for a more streamlined and efficient notification experience.
