🚀 Improvements

Responders AI

Where found: https://sodastream.sopro.io/Responder/ResponderMessageImap

Enhancements have been made to streamline the response classification process, aiming to improve accuracy and efficiency through automation and data science models. This update introduces changes to how responses are handled, ensuring quicker classification and reducing manual intervention.

Responses are no longer manually classified by Campaign Managers; instead, they automatically appear in the Resolved tab if successfully classified.

Any responses that cannot be automatically classified will be found in the Unresolved tab at the campaign level. These will be reviewed and classified by Data Operations within 24 hours.

Each response in the Resolved tab behaves like a standard inbox, with a read/unread state. By default, only unread and actual responses (excluding Out-of-Office and undelivered messages) are visible to maintain a clear inbox for ops.

Ops have the option to manually reclassify responses if misclassification is detected, but this is not expected to be a regular task due to the high model accuracy. Manual reclassification will occur only after analysis or if a client highlights a potential misclassification.

A new process related to Subject Access Requests (SARs) has been added, with notifications to the ops owner for additional visibility and handling i.e. removing the prospect's data from the Portal.

Generative - unsubscribe sentence

Where found: https://sodastream.sopro.io/EmailTemplate/List

A new feature has been added to enable campaign managers to customize the unsubscribe link for all generative messages. This enhancement allows flexibility in adjusting unsubscribe text for different languages or to optimize deliverability.

A new field for entering a custom Unsubscribe sentence has been added. This field is mandatory and must be filled out before a template selected as send 1 can be saved.

When a sentence is added to the field, it will be automatically appended to the end of every generated message.

For all existing templates, the current unsubscribe sentence will be added to the database automatically. This ensures that existing templates continue to work as expected after the deployment of this update.

Prospect targeting > Audience overview is overwritten

Where found: https://sodastream.sopro.io/Campaign/CampaignsList

A bug affecting the Audience Overview section of Campaign Settings has been identified and resolved. Previously, information entered in Targeting 1 would overwrite the Audience Overview content. The Audience Overview section now retains its original content after creating or modifying Targeting 1. Information from Targeting 1 no longer interferes with the Audience Overview section.
