🎉 Disable the use of exact same names for different email templates
Where found: SodaStream > Email Templates > List Email Templates
This improvement is aimed towards improving the correlation between send schedules and email templates. So far, the system has supported creating email templates with same name which in turn enabled activating send schedules with the wrong email template.
The system now checks the email template name and if the name already exists it will notify the user of the duplication and advise that the template name should be changed in order to save the version.
🎉Send Schedules: Disable the save button on a running schedule
Where found: SodaStream> Campaign Settings > Campaign Send Schedules
Editing a send schedule while it’s active might cause sending 2 prospecting emails to the same prospect. Therefore, we have disabled the option for editing a send schedule while the sends are going out.
The user can click the edit button, but they will be unable to save changes and the system will display a message notifying them that the send schedule they are trying to edit is currently executing sends.
🎉SodaStream: Prospect search and export accessibility
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery >Prospect search and export
Currently the Prospect search and export page is disabled for wider use due to pending improvements of the process. However, it was available via the URL. This is now sorted and the link will no longer be available for certain SodaStream roles.
🎉Responder Account Sync and LastSynced date default settings
Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Account
Minor improvement re the creation of responder accounts, when the "Add Responder Account" button is clicked the Sync check box will be checked and the Last Sync date will be prepopulated with the respective date. This will save the user few clicks and also help us avoid human mistakes.
🎉Extended time frame for US CS template approval
For all the campaigns/clients with Country selection in Campaign Settings in SS (United States of America, Canada, South America) the CS template approval process the current time frame of 24h for approval is extended to 30h.
🎉Template approval time frame to be adjusted when the template is submitted in non-working day
If the template is submitted for review from the writer on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the 24h time frame countdown for approval (before it’s auto-approved) won't count the weekend and the countdown will start from Monday (the next working day) at 9 AM.
