Improvements

CP Prospects: "Email Stage" expansion

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects In our latest update, we have implemented a logic enhancement to ensure that the "Email sequence complete" status is presented only for prospects that have reached their final stage in the email sequence. Additionally, a new feature allows users to define the maximum number of email stages for each email profile.

A new drop-down menu has been introduced in Email Profile Settings labeled "Max No of Email Stages."

Users can now customize the maximum number of email stages for each email profile by selecting a value between 1 and 12.

If a user attempts to create a stage beyond the specified limit in Email Template Management for a particular email profile, the system will display a toast notification: "Please update 'Max No of Email Stages' in email profile." Once the Max no of email stages has been defined the Portal will have the right information on when a sequence has been completed and display it.

Teams can now have a clear insight into and better understanding of the campaign performance on higher email stages, enabling more effective campaign management.

Notifications for Multichannel and Platform Fee Updates, and Campaign Expiry Alerts

We are excited to introduce enhanced notifications for key events in the Customer Success (CS) workflow. CS team members and leads will now receive timely notifications when multichannel fees or platform fees are updated for campaigns. Additionally, proactive alerts have been implemented to notify CS team leads and owners when a campaign is nearing expiry, providing an opportunity to strategize for reactivation.

Multichannel Fee Update Notification:

CS team leads and owners will now receive notifications when a new multichannel fee is added to one of their team member's campaigns.

Platform Fee Update Notification:

Similar to multichannel fees, CS team leads and owners will be notified when a new platform fee is added to a campaign within their team.

Campaign Expiry Alert:

To proactively address campaigns nearing expiry, the system will send notifications to CS owners and their respective team leads when there are 30 days left until the last campaign becomes extinct.

Timely notifications enhance communication within the CS team, fostering collaboration and ensuring a proactive approach to client management.

Excluding client domain

Where found: SodaStream > Admin > Client Management

In our latest release, we have introduced a new feature to streamline and automate the process of adding client domains to the exclusion list. Now, when a new client is added in SodaStream, the associated domain is automatically included in the client-level exclusions. This enhancement helps prevent manual errors during quality assurance checks and ensures that emails are not inadvertently sent to employees of the client being prospecting on behalf of.

Portal: Intent Tracking setup - limitation

Where found: Client Portal > Intent tracking

We are introducing an enhancement to the Intent Tracking setup in SodaStream to prevent unintended disruptions in web plugin tracking. This enhancement ensures that the URL exclusion configuration aligns with the client's website, optimizing the tracking process.

When configuring URL exclusions under "Exclude these pages" in the Intent Tracking setup, the system now performs a background check to verify that the specified value doesn't match the client's website. If a match is found between the specified exclusion value and the client's website, the Portal displays an error message, preventing changes from being saved. This ensures that the exclusion configuration is accurate and the system can continue to track the website visits of our client's website.

New section in Campaign settings for multichannel

Where found: Campaign & Setup > Campaign settings

We've introduced a dedicated section for Multichannel Activities in the campaign details of SodaStream Portal. This enhancement aims to provide a more organized and user-friendly interface, especially as new channels are continuously added. The new section includes checkboxes for LinkedIn outreach, Audience AdSync, Letters and IP match and engage, by checking them we'll have visibility of the active channels and their tenure.

Bug fixes

Few users has reported instances where the release banner was not being displayed after it was activated. This issue has been thoroughly investigated and resolved.

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > LinkedIn conversations

In our latest update, we have enhanced the LinkedIn Outreach Responders page to ensure a more seamless experience when applying sales agent filters. Now, when a sales agent filter is selected, the page will refresh, providing an accurate view of the chat responses specific to the chosen sales agent. Users can now rely on the refreshed page to accurately display chat responses belonging to the selected sales agent, avoiding any confusion or misalignment of data.

CP: Exclusions - Adding client level exclusions are loading a long time

Where found: Client Portal > Exclusions

In our latest release, we've addressed performance concerns related to the exclusion management feature in the Portal. Users reported delays when adding new exclusions, and we have implemented optimizations to reduce the processing time for this operation.

CP - Positive responses are not matching
