Add date picker to responder type 4

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Responder Inbox

To support the new features that are coming soon which will help us improve the lead nurturing activities, we have added a date picket in the responder inbox which will help us capture the date when our client should follow up with the prospect.

At the moment, we are only capturing the dates and no additional changes are introduced in the process.

Responders AI automation

Responder AI is a project we have introduced a while ago and so far it helped our internal teams to speed up the process of responders classification. We were optimizing the algorithms and improving the match score and we've come to the next step of the project and that is real time visibility of the responders classification.

The process will remain the same i.e. the Ops owner will have to read and classify the responses, however the reporting and the CRM integrations will read directly from Responder AI classification.

The immense value of this process upgrade is the provision of real-time visibility of the email outreach performance and results to our clients' CRMs.

Bug fixes

Performance by Contact Channel missing leads

Where found: Client Portal > Reporting > Performance reports

A bug was identified and resolved that affected how we're reporting on the leads in the Performance by Contact Channel report group. It looked like the number of email sent and responder received weren't matching and this caused confusion of the status of the activity.

Prospect Search & Export - Industry values

Where found: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Prospect search and export

In order to have proper match of the industries for each prospects, the exports provided by Sopro Data needs to have Industry Group and Industry. In order to have these, we've added a column for Industry Group in the exports.

Add New targeting is opening a new “Audience insight” tab

Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign Settings

A bug regarding new Prospect Targeting in SodaStream was reported and the system was stuck on adding empty targeting instead of the proper form with all targeting criteria. This is resolved and the user can easily add new targeting to a campaign.

User is not being saved

Where found: SodaStream > Admin > User Management

Some of the teams reported that saving a user is unavailable at the moment. The issue was identified and resolved.
