Improvements

Reposition of Generative Template Setting

Where Found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign Send Schedules

We are excited to announce few updates and improvements to our Generative Templates functionalities. These changes are aimed at enhancing the user experience by streamlining the template editing process and making it more intuitive.

The "Edit Generative Template" functionality has been integrated into the "Edit Standard Template" view.

A new tab, Generative Template Settings, has been added within the Edit Standard Template view.

This tab will only be visible if "Generative" is selected under the "Email Template Type" drop-down menu.

The Display Sample Prospect and Output sections have been removed.

The Generate button has also been removed.

These changes are made to focus on selecting the Common Template and adding necessary instructions without the need for message generation or output previewing within this view.

Testing and previewing of generative messages will now be conducted directly via AIM.

This eliminates the need for separate message generation or output previewing in the template editing view.

Update of Multichannel in Campaign settings

Where found: SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Campaign settings

We have added two new checkboxes in the Multichannel section: Webchat and None. The Multichannel section is now mandatory for saving a campaign.

Teams can now track and report on the specific channels activated for each campaign with greater accuracy.

The mandatory requirement for the Multichannel section and the toast notification ensures that necessary information is provided before saving, preventing incomplete campaign setups.

WCH - Column in prospects page

Where found: Client Portal > Prospects (both tabs)

We have added a new option to help you filter and sort prospects who have engaged via Webchat.

We have added "Webchat" to the Columns menu on the Prospects page. The Webchat column will show two types of events:

  • Webchat Lead

  • Webchat Session

WCH - webchat lead to be excluded

We've added a new improvement to help avoid confusion for prospects who engage via Webchat and then receive email outreach.

When a person reaches out via Webchat and becomes a lead, their email address will now be automatically added to the client exclusions list for the company.

This prevents them from receiving additional email outreach, especially if they already have a call booked via Webchat.

Activation of _obid via client management

Where found: SodaStream > Admin > Client Management

We've added new options to help manage _obid codes, which will help us test whether this parameters are flagging our domains.

We have added a new checkbox in Client Management for the activation of _obid codes. You can now choose to activate or deactivate _obid codes as needed.

Multiple Domains for one widget

Where found: Client Portal > Web plugin

We've added a new improvement to track visits on multiple domains, as requested by our clients. You can now track visits on two or more website URLs.

This feature is especially useful for bigger companies running campaigns under multiple entities with different websites and offerings.

Bug fixes

CP Companies: Prospects engaged is counting undelivered as well

Where found: Client Portal > Companies

he Company Details page in the Portal was incorrectly displaying all prospects the system attempted to engage, including both delivered and undelivered prospects.

The display logic has been corrected to show only the successfully engaged prospects.

WCH - user default image

We've fixed an issue where users assigned to the Webchat role weren't getting a default image, causing problems with Webchat activation. The default image will now be automatically added for users without an image when they are assigned the Webchat role.
