Improvements
New cards on the Dashboard

We've made a minor update to the headline stats displayed on the client portal. These stats have been updated to align with the new reporting metrics that are now shared in our regular client performance review calls. The previous dashboard included metrics like email open and click rates that are no longer as relevant given the usage and success of the new channels. This update provides a more accurate and up-to-date snapshot of key performance indicators for our clients.
The dashboard now presents a comprehensive view of your campaign performance, starting with the Total Addressable Market (TAM) - the total prospects in our Sopro Database matching client's targeting criteria, with typically up to max 75% qualifying for engagement.
You can now track your Prospects Engaged across channels, broken down into Email and LinkedIn Outreach numbers (excluding Audience AdSync).
The dashboard also displays Intent metrics, showing prospects demonstrating interest through Website Intent and Gifting, as well as total Leads generated across all channels, including Indirect Leads.
Website tracking statistics remain unchanged in the bottom section of the dashboard, providing consistent visibility into your web traffic performance.

Generative Preview to be connected to Campaign audiences

A new single-select drop-down menu allows users to choose a campaign audience in the Generative and Fallback templates. The default selection is set to the first active audience created in SS, with only active audiences displayed. Prospects loaded in templates now align with the chosen audience’s targeting criteria.

Leads on the Portal to be clickable

Clients can now access a complete list of Indirect leads via hyperlinked Lead events in the Performance (Total) and Performance by Month sections of the Reports page.
Functionality:
Clicking the Indirect Lead number opens a filtered Companies page.
The number of Indirect leads shown in reports corresponds to filtered lists, ensuring data consistency, except for Webchat leads not linked to specific prospects.

This improvement aims to help the teams and our clients identify all Indirect Leads and make sure that the Leads are utilized.
CP Website visitors export

Based on client feedback, we’ve improved the website visitors export feature for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
This enhancement allows clients to easily access and analyze website traffic stats independently, reducing the need for custom export requests and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Optimization of Prospects page

We have implemented optimizations on the Prospects page, resulting in improved performance and faster loading times. This update enhances user experience by enabling quicker access to prospect data.

A new banner has been added to the Webchat page. Clicking on the banner opens a pop-up modal displaying QA codes for downloading the Sopro Webchat app. Options Available are Apple Store and Play Store download links for easy access to the app.

SodaStream email templates update

To enhance system performance and prioritize key statistics, several columns have been removed from the campaign management interface.
Changes:
When no campaign is selected, the system will not load any campaign data.

Benefit: This streamlines the interface, improving speed and ensuring campaign managers focus on the most relevant data.

The Email Template Settings section has been revamped to streamline functionality across both Legacy/Regular and Generative templates, with a focus on better organization and flexibility.
Key Changes:
Email Template Settings: Renamed and reorganized with new sections:
General Email Template Settings: Includes fields for Email Template Name, Email Profile (previously Email Account), CC, BCC, and Subject.
Visibility Section: Includes visibility options for SodaStream and Portal.
Email Stage Section: Includes settings for send number and selection of initial template.
Setup Check Section: Adds options for validating company parameters and unsubscribe links.
Deliverability Settings: Includes options for Spintax, Open/Click tracking, Inline Images, and Use Text Only editor.
Unsubscribe Options: Moving forward all templates (standard and generative) should follow the same process i.e. adding unsubscribe sentence from the email templates settings tab which will be automatically appended to the message itself. To accommodate the transition period we have forseen the following process:
Ops manually removes the unsubscribe sentence from the standard template
Ops adds the unsubscribe sentence in email templates settings tab
Ops selects the "Use unsubscribe on template level" checkbox that informs the system that it should append the added unsubscribe to both standard and generative messages.
New fields and settings will now apply to both Legacy and Generative templates.
This update consolidates and enhances template management, improving clarity, consistency, and ease of use across all email template types.

Spintax subject lines

SS users can now create spintax subject lines by adding variations individually in SodaStream, ensuring greater customization and error-free syntax.
For the spintax feature to be activated the users need to select the "Use spintax" checkbox.

Key Features:
Add variations by pressing Enter on your keyboard or clicking the button, and remove with “X.”
Responsive and expandable input field for easy management.
Variations are auto-compiled in spintax format for dynamic delivery to prospects.
Validation for {, }, and | ensures spintax integrity.
Single variation sends the same subject to all prospects.
Example: {Quick Question|Need Your Input} sends variations automatically.
'Messaging to be taken from' pulls from Messaging 1 only

The ‘Messaging to be taken from’ button has been relocated above the Messaging tab to simplify the update process for internal teams.
Changes:
The Auto-Suggested messaging remains under each messaging tab, based on the website added in each section.
When a campaign is selected, all messaging tabs are updated to match the selected campaign’s Messaging settings.
Benefit: This update streamlines internal campaign management, ensuring consistent updates across all activities.
"State" data point to be included in Generative Messages
The "State" data point will now be included in all requests for Generative messages, including SodaStream generated messages, Portal preview, and AIM tests.
Key Change:
The "State" data point will be passed to AIM as part of the recipient dataset for all relevant Generative message requests.
This ensures that when prospecting in the USA, the "State" will be available and referenced in generative messages (when applicable).
Benefit: This update allows for more personalized messaging by including state-specific information for prospects in the USA.
Enable to SAVE the campaign when Finance are making changes

A new button on the main page now grants Finance users access to the "Booking Details" section from Campaign Settings. This button, exclusive to Finance roles, mirrors the Billable section validations and applies any edits directly to both the main page and the full Campaign Settings page.
This will ensure that the Finance team can update the invoicing details without having all mandatory fields from campaign settings.

Campaign Delivery sync to Planhat
A new integration with Planhat now transfers key campaign metrics for improved performance tracking. This includes daily syncing of "Campaign Delivery This Month" and "Campaign Delivery Last Month" values, as well as monthly metrics for Multichannel LR% and RR%.
Access to campaign delivery data in Planhat supports the Campaign Optimization project, enhancing data insights and enabling refined performance analysis.
Bug fixes
CP Reporting: Unable to export

The export option on the new report was not functioning as expected, preventing users from downloading data. The issue with the export functionality has been resolved, ensuring smooth and accurate exports for users.
SS Load Prospects: Unable to delete prospects from ProspectEmailProfileChange
Where found: https://sodastream.sopro.io/Prospect
When attempting to delete "NEW" status prospects in SodaStream, the system fails to remove them if their email profiles were previously changed. This issue arises due to records in the ProspectEmailProfileChange table.
Adjustments have been made to ensure that all "NEW" status prospects can be deleted regardless of prior email profile changes, enhancing prospect management within campaigns.
Duplicate Responder records

Some responses were generating duplicate Responder records in SS Responder Management, leading to duplicate entries in connected CRMs, including HubSpot. This issue affected multiple campaigns, including internal ones.
The system now creates a single Responder record for each ResponderMessageImap record, ensuring that duplicate records are eliminated and preventing duplicate deals in CRM platforms.
