🆕 Giftbox

This feature is available only for the internal campaigns.

The Giftbox feature will enrich the Sopro service by adding gifts to the prospecting activity. Every client can choose their preferred product and budget and the prospects along the prospecting mail will receive a gift voucher as well.

The process starts with creating Giftbox setup in SodaStream where the user can select the personalization of the giftbox links and define the budget.

Once the setup is defined the user can create a Giftbox template i.e. choose the type of gifts, the location and the products.

To enable proper function of the Giftbox links every email template needs to be connected with a Giftbox template.

Every client that once to have a Giftbox activity will be additionally invoiced for the redeemed vouchers. However, all clients will be invoiced in arrears i.e. the giftbox activity will be covered with the next invoice.

When client's budget is spent for the month the system won't execute the email templates that are connected to a giftbox template.

To enable monitoring the results from the Giftbox activity we have added a Group report by Giftbox, which is a breakdown of the Giftbox activity by Giftbox template.

Also, we have added a Giftbox toggle in the Prospects drawer that will allow us to filter out the prospects that have redeemed a voucher.
