Client Portal updates
Update: Unsubscribed column added to Prospect Export #CX
A new column has been implemented in the Prospect Export, which indicates if a client has unsubscribed from the campaign.
What’s changed:
Previously, our clients had to export Prospects and Unsubscribers and run a cross-check to see who had unsubscribed from the campaign, in order not to engage them. They no longer need to do this.
How it works now:
The 'Unsubscribed' column that is present in the export indicates which prospects have unsubscribed from the campaign.
Benefit:
Easier visibility for our clients when they want to export and use prospects for their activity.
No need for exporting the Unsubscribers list additionally to compare the data.
Saving time both on the client side and on CS/Ops side when these requests came in.
Bug Fix: Broken Link in Compliance section updated #CX
We've identified that the link in the Compliance tab on the Portal was outdated and broken. This has been updated with a new link that will redirect the prospects to a working URL.
What’s changed:
A new working link has been implemented in the Compliance tab ⇒ 'Where did you find my personal details' email template.
This link will now redirect the prospects to a URL that is up to date with the relevant information around data collection.
Bug Fix: Pages Viewed in Website Visitors working properly #CX
There was an error showing in Portal ⇒ Websites Visitors ⇒ Pages Viewed when users were trying to view companies that visited specific websites.
What’s changed:
The issue is now fixed, and the Portal will display all of the companies that visited the specific webpage.
Internal process updates
Improved Campaign Schedule Handling for Shared Audiences #Ops
We’ve resolved an issue affecting campaigns with multiple active schedules linked to the same audience.
What was the problem? When you had more than one active initial schedule (e.g., Schedule 1 and Schedule 2) connected to the same campaign audience, turning off just one of the schedules would unintentionally turn off the entire campaign audience — even though another schedule was still active. As a result, Schedule 2 was left with no prospects to engage.
What’s been fixed? Now, if you turn off one schedule, the shared campaign audience will remain active as long as at least one other connected schedule is still active. This ensures that all active schedules can continue to engage prospects without interruption.
What this means for you:
You can safely manage multiple schedules connected to the same audience.
Turning off a single schedule will no longer impact the other active schedules.
Prospects will continue to flow to all active schedules without unnecessary pauses.
This update improves flexibility in managing parallel outreach efforts and prevents disruption in prospect engagement.
Update: Salesforce integrations ⇒ New mapping field implemented #Ops #CS
A new field is created in the mapping process on the Portal when integrating with Salesforce.
This allows the clients to select the record type for the Sopro-created contacts in their Salesforce, and would result in a seamless integration setup.
What's changed:
New custom field added for the Salesforce integration on the Sopro Portal
Provides the clients with the possibility to select the desired record type for contacts created
Benefit:
Better Salesforce integration for clients with multiple record types
Seamless data transfer for Salesforce integration with the correct record types
Update: CS Owner added to the referral notification email #CS
The CS Owner of the Campaign has been added to the notification email going out to the wider Sales/Marketing team.
What's changed:
Previously, these emails included the CS TL group email. A change has been made to include the CS Owner of the Campaign in the email.
Benefit to you:
Better visibility for the Sales and Marketing team for tracking the referral process.
Update: All Excluded Values in Companies & Prospect search are moved in the excluded tab #Ops
With the last deployment, we implemented a new modal that displayed the excluded job titles in a separate tab for better visibility.
We've also applied the same procedure for all excluded values in the Companies & Prospect search.
What's changed:
When excluding Locations or Industries, the values will be listed in a separate tab in the new modal.
Benefit to you:
Better user experience for Ops when excluding multiple values in the Audience searches, as all of the 'Included' and 'Excluded' values would be shown in separate tabs in the new modal.
Bug Fix: Check for duplicates button remains unclickable when job titles are being excluded & Locations will not be parsed #Ops
We've fixed an issue in the Companies & Prospects search, as the 'Check for duplicates' button was still clickable after the user had excluded job titles.
Additionally, locations where we have a city and a country in the tag will no longer be parsed in the search.
What was happening:
After the user had excluded the irrelevant Job titles from the audience search, the Check for duplicates button remained clickable, and this was not the expected scenario.
Additionally, if 'London, United Kingdom' was present in the Location search, the system parsed this in two separate values - 'London' and 'United Kingdom'.
What's changed:
Once the user excludes the irrelevant job titles from the audience search, the Check for duplicates button is now greyed out and unclickable, and the user should click the Search button as it was the case previously.
If the user has a 'City, Country' value as a search criteria in the Location filter, the system will no longer parse this value into two separate values.
Bug Fix: Master Template GPT 4.1 remains selected after Test Additional Instructions are transferred #Ops
A bug was fixed that was reverting the master template to Generative Email Master Prompt - All Stages once Test Additional Instructions were transferred to Additional Instructions in Sodastream.
What was happening:
This was isolated to Ops users only, as when they clicked on Transfer Additional Instructions in Sodastream, the system reverted the Master template from GPT 4.1 to Generative Email Master Prompt - All Stages.
What's changed:
When Ops users go to Email templates in Sodastream and click on Transfer Additional Instructions, the system will keep the selected Master template (GPT 4.1).
