Improvements
Intent tracking - option to include/exclude website pages from being sent for IP lookup
Where found: Client Portal > Tech config > Intent tracking
With regards to clients feedback, we wanted to support the option for clients to add just certain website pages they would like to sent for IP lookup or option to exclude certain pages. The aim is to remove pages that drive traffic from users that are not relevant for identifying an interest in their service.
At the same time, we wanted to allow our clients to exclude certain IP addresses such as internal company IP addresses, IP addresses from telecom providers or certain clients etc. This will also help the clients to utilize the IP lookup spend.
Portal - Contact number search
This feature will be available only for Sopro users and for the Sopro campaigns.
It was suggested by our internal sales team that it would be of help if we enable searching for phone numbers of individual contacts.
We have added a new page in the Portal where by adding an email address or LinkedIn profile URL and Location the system will try to find the phone number for the specific contact.
Under the input fields there is a table with all the historic requests.
Sopro Portal - Email templates expandable section
Where found: Client Portal > Email templates
As the teams are experimenting with new approaches, creating email chains containing more than 4 email stages a need for improving the visibility on the Portal arose.
Moving forward, all email stages in the Email Templates page will be collapsed and the user can expand any of the section by clicking on the header.
Change Domain deletion notification
The domain deletion notification is sent on the 100 days of domain inactivity. However, this notification wasn't capturing the notifications sent on the weekends. Moving forward the Monday notification will check notifications sent on Friday and weekends.
SodaStream - Page refresh on Email Template Test
Where found: SodaStream > Email templates > List email templates
If there is a larger campaign with multiple pages of templates, and the user wanted to test a template from the 3rd page - once you send a test email, SodaStream was refreshing and it returned to 1st page.
We improved the process and now SodaStream remembers the page where the template test was issued from and after the test is sent the system stays on the same page.
Referral scheme updates
Where found: Client Portal > Reward scheme
We switched positions of email address and LinkedIn URL input fields and now LinkedIn URL is the top option.
We have removed the referral code and the video.
*|TOMORROW_MONDAY|*: Lowercase "tomorrow" variable to be created
Where found: SodaStream > Email templates > List email templates
In SS Email Templates, so far we had the variable *|TOMORROW_MONDAY|* in the list of options.
If the email sent was executed on a “Friday“- then the variable is populating with “Monday“. If the email sent was executed on any other day - then the variable is populating with “Tomorrow“.
We have added new version of this variable which will support cases when “Tomorrow“ is mid-sentence and it should start with lower case.
Gifting Monthly Delivery Volume - SS new field

It was requested that we add new field in Gifting setup for monthly delivery. When creating a Gifting setup the user will have to define the monthly volumes planned for this activity. This will help the teams to utilize the activity and the delivery of the campaigns.
