Client Portal updates

Update: Test Prospects available in Email Templates for internal users only #CX

We’ve introduced the ability for CS/Ops users to test Email Templates with sample prospects directly inside the Portal. This functionality is only visible for internal users.

How it works now:

• If an Audience or Campaign Audience toggle is ON in Sodastream → the page loads the Campaign Audience tab and generates sequences for that prospect.

• If both toggles are OFF → the page defaults to Prospects tab and sequences are only generated once a test prospect is selected.

• Users can now select test prospects from the database using filters such as Company Industry, Company Size, and Recipient.

• Fields like recipient details are auto-populated and remain uneditable, once the company industry, size and Recipient are selected.

• The Generate button only becomes active once a Job Title is provided.

• Once generated, the full sequence appears on the left with additional instruction boxes on the right.

• A View Log button is now available for each sequence, linking to AIM in a new tab.

• No Shuffle button is available when testing specific prospects.

Benefit:

• Saves time by eliminating the need for creating audiences in order to test the templates.

• Provides CS/Ops with a reliable way to test generative messaging outputs with varied prospect criteria.

Internal process updates

Update: Email Blurbs added at point of sending #Ops

We’ve updated how email blurbs are handled in generated sequences.

What’s changed:

• Blurbs now behave like subject lines and signatures → applied as a last change at the point of sending, rather than at generation time.

Benefit:

• Prevents unnecessary regeneration requests when Ops update blurbs.

• Ensures the final sent message always contains the correct blurbs.

Bug Fix: Responses showing as Pending in Portal #Ops #CS

Some responses were incorrectly showing as “Pending” in the Portal even though they had already been classified in SodaStream. This issue was reported in campaigns such as Siteco UK 2024, Verosa, The Growth Company 2024, and others.

What's changed:

• When a response is automatically classified, returned to the unresolved table, and then re-classified with a response type, the update now correctly syncs with the Client Portal inbox.

Benefit:

• Ensures accurate and up-to-date response statuses.

• Provides clearer visibility for CS, Ops, and clients, reducing confusion and manual checks.

Bug Fix: Companies & Prospects search error handling #Ops

When users entered incomplete criteria in search (e.g., Founded Year From only), the error toast locked the search fields and button.

What's changed:

• Error notifications now allow users to continue editing criteria and retry searching without needing to refresh.

Benefit to you:

• Improves user experience by preventing unnecessary refreshes and lost data entry.
