Bug Fix: Missing Leads in the Europcar Campaign #CX

We fixed an issue where certain companies and prospects in the Europcar campaign were missing from the Leads table and did not display the expected "lead" tags, despite having valid lead activity:

  • Companies and prospects now correctly show the lead tag in both the All Companies and Prospects tables.

  • All leads now appear in the Leads table, as expected.

Duplicate Email Strings for RGU Prospect Now Resolved #CX

We’ve fixed an issue in the Good Energy campaign that caused the email conversation thread with prospect [email protected] (Company: RGU) to appear multiple times when scrolling through the message.


🔍 What was the issue?

When viewing the response in the Sopro Portal or SodaStream, users (Ops, CS, or Clients) would see the same three emails in the thread repeating as they scrolled. This affected the following areas:

  • Prospects Engaged tab

  • Companies Engaged tab

  • Campaign Inbox tab

  • Sodastream Responder Inbox

In contrast, the original email thread in the Gmail inbox displayed correctly, without any duplication.


What’s been fixed?

We’ve resolved the display issue. The email thread now correctly shows:

  • Only three messages — the original email from the client (M1), and two replies from the prospect.

  • No more repetitions when scrolling down in any of the affected views.

Product/Process updates affecting clients

Website Plugin Not Active for “On Ice” Campaigns #CX

Previously, the website plugin would automatically deactivate for campaigns marked as “On ice”, even when it should remain active.

✅ This is now fixed — the website plugin stays active for "On ice" campaigns.

Website Plugin Deactivating Overnight (Planckton Data) #CX

In the Planckton Data campaign, the website plugin was initially verified and set to active, but a nightly process would incorrectly mark it as "Not Installed."

✅ We’ve fixed this issue — the website plugin now remains active and continues to function normally, even if the campaign is marked as Inactive: Extinct, as long as there’s an active Platform Fee.

Internal process updates

New: Custom Sending Mechanisms for Email Profiles #Ops

To support more accurate tracking of email deliverability across different platforms, we’ve made the Sending Mechanisms field more flexible:

  • New Options Added:

    • InboxAutomate

    • Hypertide

    • Mailrun

  • New “Add Mechanism” Button for Super Admins: Super Admins can now add new sending mechanisms directly from the interface (no more dev tickets needed). Location: Campaigns & Setup > Campaign Email Profiles > New Email Profile Address

Improved Campaign Schedule Handling for Shared Audiences #Ops

We’ve resolved an issue affecting campaigns with multiple active schedules linked to the same audience.

What was the problem? When you had more than one active initial schedule (e.g., Schedule 1 and Schedule 2) connected to the same campaign audience, turning off just one of the schedules would unintentionally turn off the entire campaign audience — even though another schedule was still active. As a result, Schedule 2 was left with no prospects to engage.

What’s been fixed? Now, if you turn off one schedule, the shared campaign audience will remain active as long as at least one other connected schedule is still active. This ensures that all active schedules can continue to engage prospects without interruption.

What this means for you:

  • You can safely manage multiple schedules connected to the same audience.

  • Turning off a single schedule will no longer impact the other active schedules.

  • Prospects will continue to flow to all active schedules without unnecessary pauses.

This update improves flexibility in managing parallel outreach efforts and prevents disruption in prospect engagement.

Resend Termination Notification Not Working #Finance

The “Resend Termination Notification” button was not functioning correctly — clicking it did nothing.

✅ This has been resolved. Clicking the button now:

  • Sends the notification to the client

  • Displays a toast notification confirming success
