Improvements

Overhaul of Job title reports

In response to performance issues, we have revamped the job title reports within the SodaStream platform, providing users with a standardized approach to analyzing campaign performance based on departmental and seniority job titles .

Where to Find: SodaStream > Ops & Delivery > Fixed Job Title Reports

1. Department Job Titles Report:

  • The report format mirrors that of the existing Portal for consistency.

  • A toggle has been added in Sodastream to enable inclusion in Portal > Reporting > Performance Reports, providing seamless access to campaign insights.

  • Performance by Department displays departments with engaged prospects, expandable to show keywords within each department.

  • Executive team roles are included with expanded roles based on the Job Title Mapping - Sopro Premium.

  • An expandable row for "Other" displays values within SodaStream (this will help the Data Operations team to further improve the data standardization), while in the Portal, the "Other" row remains static.

2. Seniority-Based Report:

  • The report format aligns with the current Portal setup.

  • A toggle has been added in Sodastream to enable inclusion in Portal > Reporting > Performance Reports, providing seamless access to campaign insights.

  • Performance by Seniority presents engaged prospects grouped by seniority roles.

  • An "Executive Team" row showcases totals for relevant roles.

Transition Plan:

  • The old Job Title Reporting Tab will be hidden.

  • A new Job Title Reporting tab is visible to all users (for historic sync please reach out to Lazar Dagalev).

  • Visibility of the new Job Title Reporting tab on the Portal is initially turned off for all campaigns.

Benefit: The overhauled job title reports offer users a standardized and optimized platform for analyzing campaign performance based on departmental job titles and seniority. With improved functionality and integration with the Portal, users can easily access and interpret campaign insights, facilitating informed decision-making.

Prospect Search and Export - changes

In this release, we introduce an enhanced export feature within SodaStream, specifically tailored for Audience AdSync. Users now have the ability to request exports containing all available prospects within specified targeting parameters without triggering the email-finding process.

Accessible via SodaStream > Campaign & Setup > Companies and Prospect Search, users will notice the new tab.

Audience AdSync Export Button: A dedicated export button labeled "Save AdSync Search" has been added alongside existing options. This button is specifically designed for Audience AdSync exports.

Separated Tab for Audience AdSync Exports: A separate tab has been introduced within the export section, exclusively dedicated to storing exports for Audience AdSync searches. This ensures clarity and organization, preventing confusion with other prospect searches.

Export Content: Each export now includes the five most common email patterns for each prospect. The export format is CSV UTF-8 and includes all existing columns, with the exclusion of email addresses.

The implementation of this feature enables flexibility and control over exported data, empowering client-facing teams (Operations and CS)to leverage Sopro data effectively and identify niche target markets with ease.
